شركة HGA Group تعلن عن توفر وظيفة رئيس قسم التخطيط التجاري (Head of Merchandising) لصالح عميلها في مدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
عميلنا هو متجر تجزئة خاص (private label) للأزياء يعمل من خلال ما يقرب من 50 متجرًا وموقع إلكتروني في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويسعى الآن لتعيين رئيس قسم التخطيط التجاري للمساعدة في خطة التوسع في الشرق الأوسط.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة واسعة في مجال التخطيط التجاري/المراقبة في قطاع الأزياء السريعة (fast fashion) في بيئة خاصة (private label) وليس في بيئة العلامات التجارية.
- خبرة في العمل في مؤسسات صغيرة أظهرت نموًا، بالإضافة إلى خبرة في الشركات الكبرى.
- خبرة في إدارة التخطيط التجاري في بيئات المتاجر الفعلية (bricks and mortar) وعبر الإنترنت.
- خبرة في تقييم وتنفيذ الأنظمة والعمليات من الصفر (ground up).
- القدرة على السفر مرة شهريًا إلى لندن لمدة أسبوع في كل مرة.
- يجب أن يكون لديه الحق في العمل في المملكة المتحدة مسبقًا (already has the right to work in the UK).
المزايا
- راتب شهري صافي يتراوح بين 6000 و8000 جنيه إسترليني.

Our client are a highly regarded fashion PRIVATE LABEL retailer, currently operating through almost 50 stores and an online site in Saudi Arabia, they now seek to secure a Head of Merchandising to assist in their expansion plan throughout the Middle East.
We seek a very specific set of skills / experiences as below
- Extensive Merchandising/ Planning experience in high street fast fashion, in private label, not branded environments.
- Experience of working in smaller organisations, demonstrating growth - as well as experience in corporates.
- Experience of managing merchandising in environments with "bricks and mortar" stores as well as online experience.
- Experience of evaluating and implementing systems and processes from the "ground up
This role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, however there will be once a month travel (a week at a time) to London.
As a result we seek an individual who ALREADY has the right to work in the UK.
