نبحث عن أخصائي ميكانيكي متحمس وذو مهارة عالية للانضمام إلى فريقنا في وظيفة دائمة بدوام كامل عن بُعد، مع التركيز على عمليات الدمام. هذه الفرصة مخصصة للسعوديين فقط. يتطلب الدور تنفيذ والإشراف على إصلاح شامل لمعدات التوربينات المختلفة (توربينات بخارية، ضواغط طرد مركزي، مضخات) أثناء فترات التوقف والصيانة المخطط لها. سيعمل المرشح الناجح على ضمان أن جميع أنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح تلبي أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة، مع إمكانية الإشراف عن بُعد على المقاولين وإدارة المشاريع المعقدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة في الإصلاح الشامل الكامل لمجموعة متنوعة من معدات التوربينات (التوربينات، الضواغط، المضخات) أثناء فترات التوقف الحرجة.
- تقديم الدعم والإشراف على مقاولي الطرف الثالث وموظفي الصيانة، للتأكد من أن جميع الأعمال تلتزم بالنطاق والمواصفات الفنية والجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
- مراقبة وتفتيش أنشطة الإصلاح والصيانة لضمان جودة العمل والامتثال لأفضل الممارسات الصناعية ومعايير الشركة.
- الالتزام وتطبيق بروتوكولات السلامة الصارمة لجميع الأعمال الميدانية، وضمان بيئة عمل آمنة والامتثال الكامل للوائح المحلية.
- توثيق جميع أنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح والإصلاح الشامل، وإعداد تقارير فنية مفصلة ونتائج وتوصيات لاستراتيجيات الصيانة المستقبلية.

Job Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Machinery Specialist will be expected to perform the following core duties:
- Turbomachinery Overhaul: Participate in and support the full overhaul and maintenance of a diverse range of turbomachinery equipment (e.g., turbines, compressors, pumps) during critical plant turnarounds and outages.
- Contractor Supervision Support: Provide assistance and support in the supervision of third-party contractors and maintenance personnel, helping to ensure all work adheres to scope, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect repair and maintenance activities to guarantee work quality, compliance with industry best practices, and adherence to company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures for all on-site work, ensuring a safe working environment and full compliance with local regulations.
- Technical Reporting: Document all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities, preparing detailed technical reports, findings, and recommendations for future maintenance strategies.
- Remote Management: Effectively manage and monitor on-site activities and communications remotely, utilizing modern communication and project management tools.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Nationality Requirement: Must be a Saudi National.
- Educational Background: A Diploma or Vocational Training Certificate in a Mechanical discipline (e.g., Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent) is required.
- Experience & Aptitude:
- We will consider Fresh Graduates who demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude and have completed relevant internships or have some foundational experience in industrial maintenance or machinery.
- Candidates with prior experience (1-3 years) in the maintenance, overhaul, or repair of turbomachinery equipment are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of mechanical principles, fault diagnostics, and maintenance practices related to rotating equipment.
- Supervisory Potential: An ability and willingness to learn how to effectively supervise and manage contractors and maintenance teams.
- Safety Awareness: Comprehensive knowledge of industrial safety standards and a commitment to safe work practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for contractor liaison, reporting, and remote management.
- Location/Travel: Although primarily remote, the candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia (preferably Dammam area) and be willing to travel to site locations as required for turnarounds, outages, and critical inspection points.
