Company Description MAS Energy is a Saudi manpower and oilfield services company founded in 1980 and headquartered in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. Role Description This is a on-site Health Safety Environment (HSE) Coordinator role based in Saudi Arabis. The HSE Coordinator will implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across company operations and project sites, ensuring alignment with local regulations and company standards. The role includes conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and audits; identifying hazards; and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The HSE Coordinator will develop and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors. T

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Health & Safety and Workplace Safety, with experience applying HSE standards in industrial or energy-sector environments.
• Only Saudi Arabian nationals can apply
• Must have a Bachelors Degree
• 5+ Years of Experience as HSE
• Experience delivering Safety Training, toolbox talks, and HSE inductions to diverse workforces.
• Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to conduct incident investigations, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence safe behaviors at all organizational levels.
• Experience in oil and gas, energy, or industrial operations, especially within Saudi Arabia or the GCC, is an advantage.
