المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، بما في ذلك إدارة دفتر الأستاذ العام ومراقبة قيود اليومية.
- ضمان إقفال شهري وسنوي دقيق وفي الوقت المحدد.
- إعداد ومراجعة وتحليل القوائم المالية وفقاً للمعايير المحاسبية ذات الصلة والسياسات الداخلية.
- مراقبة ومراجعة الأصول الثابتة (الرسملة والإهلاك والتخلص) وضمان التوثيق والتسويات المناسبة.
- دعم عمليات إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات، وإجراء تحليل التباين والاتجاهات.
- التنسيق مع المدققين الداخليين والخارجيين.
- تنفيذ تحسينات العمليات والضوابط الداخلية لتعزيز الدقة والكفاءة المالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة مهنية (مثل CPA أو CMA أو SOCPA) تعتبر ميزة.
- الإلمام بالمتطلبات المحاسبية والتنظيمية السعودية.
- خبرة في بيئات الوقف أو الاستثمار أو إدارة الأصول تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- كفاءة عالية في إعداد ومراجعة وتحليل القوائم المالية والتقارير ذات الصلة.
- مهارات تحليلية متقدمة لتفسير البيانات المالية وتحديد الاتجاهات ودعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- خبرة عملية في قيود اليومية (Journal Entries) وإدارة دفتر الأستاذ العام وتسويات الحسابات.
- أساس قوي في المالية، بما في ذلك الميزانيات والتنبؤات ومراقبة التدفقات النقدية.

Company Description Aldoliaa Investment Co (AIC) is a Saudi limited liability endowment company established in 2013 under the regulatory framework for endowment companies issued by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce. AIC is responsible for managing and growing the endowed assets of the Mohammed Ibrahim Al Subeaei Waqf. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Manager role based in Riyadh. The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including managing general ledger activities, supervising journal entries, and ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing. The role includes preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies. The Accounting Manager will monitor and control fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals, and ensure proper documentation and reconciliations. The individual will also support budgeting and forecasting, perform variance and trend analysis, coordinate with internal and external auditors, and implement process improvements and internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing Financial Statements and related reports.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Journal Entries (Accounting), general ledger management, and account reconciliations.
- Solid foundation in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Practical knowledge in managing Fixed Assets, including capitalization, tracking, and depreciation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, SOCPA) is an advantage.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as strong Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Saudi accounting and regulatory requirements; experience in endowment, investment, or asset management environments is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear and professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
