Warehouse Supervisor | Reef Group

Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

Reef Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient execution of receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.

This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring product quality and proper handling of perfumes and sensitive products, supporting branch and sales channel requirements, and driving operational excellence across warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching operations.
• Ensure all warehouse processes are executed according to approved policies and procedures.
• Organize warehouse workflow and allocate tasks among warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve operational issues related to storage, preparation, and dispatch.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor stock availability and ensure readiness to support branches and sales channels without delays.
• Ensure accurate inventory movements including receiving, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
• Follow up on cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Analyze stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Product Quality & Storage Standards

• Ensure proper storage conditions for perfume products and sensitive items.
• Monitor handling procedures to prevent damages, leakage, or product loss.
• Ensure optimal warehouse organization and space utilization.
• Maintain proper product arrangement according to storage standards.

Distribution & Branch Support

• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of shipments.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, loading, and internal movement of products.
• Support smooth product availability across retail branches and sales channels.
• Monitor fulfillment accuracy and operational timelines.

Team Supervision & Performance

• Supervise warehouse employees and ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Track team performance, productivity, and discipline.
• Train team members on warehouse procedures, safety, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare operational reports related to warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
• Identify improvement opportunities to reduce losses and enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Support warehouse improvement initiatives and operational expansions.

Required Qualifications:

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Previous experience supervising warehouse teams.
• Experience in retail, perfumes, cosmetics, FMCG, or luxury products is highly preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Understanding of stock handling, receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
• Good reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage daily operational priorities.
