A leading large-scale organization in the Fashion and Cosmetics Retail sector is seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead its marketing function, drive strategic growth, and accelerate digital transformation across Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is based in Riyadh and requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the Saudi consumer market and retail dynamics.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth and revenue goals.
- Digital & E-Commerce: Lead digital transformation, optimize performance marketing, and drive e-commerce growth through data-driven campaigns.
- Brand Management: Oversee integrated brand campaigns across fashion and cosmetics portfolios to boost brand equity and market share.
- Insights & Budgeting: Utilize market research and consumer data to shape strategy, while managing the annual marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Mentor a high-performing marketing team and manage strategic relationships with external agencies, media partners, and influencers.
Role Requirements- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience within Fashion, Cosmetics, FMCG, or consumer-driven retail sectors.
- Geographic Knowledge: Proven marketing and digital marketing experience within Saudi Arabia, with a deep grasp of the local consumer landscape.
- Education & Languages: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Logistics: Must be currently based inside Saudi Arabia and available to work a 5-day week. Immediate or 30-day availability is preferred.
