Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Khobar. The Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across RAW’s digital channels, including social media, blog articles, in-app content, and email campaigns. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming and scripting content ideas, writing and editing copy, coordinating with design and marketing teams, and adapting content for different platforms and audiences. The role also involves researching trends in health, nutrition, and wellness, capturing or coordinating photo and video content, and optimizing content for brand consistency and performance. The Content Creator will monitor engagement metrics, gather feedback, and continually refine content to support user growth, retention, and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation skills, including writing, storytelling, and basic editing for digital platforms.
• Experience creating and adapting content for social media, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to research topics related to health, nutrition, and wellness and translate them into clear, engaging content.
• Familiarity with content planning tools, basic analytics, and best practices for audience engagement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, design, and product teams on-site.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
• Interest in healthy living, fitness, or nutrition; prior experience in a health-tech or wellness brand is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
