يسر شركة Geberit، الرائدة في حلول السباكة والتقنيات الصحية، فتح باب التقديم لشغل وظيفة (أخصائي مبيعات إداري ولوجستي) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يشغل هذا المنصب بدوام كامل وعقد دائم، ويهدف إلى إدارة كامل عملية معالجة الطلبات داخل المملكة بدءًا من استلام الطلب وحتى الشحن النهائي مع إصدار الفواتير، بالإضافة إلى تنظيم ومعالجة المعاملات اللوجستية الواردة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- معالجة الطلبات: تسجيل وإصدار الفواتير وتنسيق الطلبات الواردة وفقًا للجدول الزمني وقواعد الشركة (الحدود والصلاحيات).
- إصدار جميع المستندات ذات الصلة بالشكل المناسب ووفقًا للجدول الزمني المحدد.
- مراقبة حدود الائتمان وإبلاغ فريق المبيعات والعملاء بأحدث البيانات.
- متابعة الحسابات المدينة وإعداد تقارير التحصيل الدورية.
- إنشاء وصيانة البيانات الرئيسية في نظام SAP (العملاء / الشروط / المواد / إلخ).
- إنشاء ومراقبة تقارير المبيعات والطلبات المختلفة.
- المسؤولية عن عملية الشراء بأكملها من مستودعات التوريد المختلفة.
- عملية الاستيراد (المباشرة وغير المباشرة) للشحنات.
- ضمان الالتزام بالحد الأدنى من مستويات المخزون في جميع الأوقات.
- التفاعل مع وكلاء الشحن.
- المسؤولية الشاملة عن عملية الاستيراد والوظائف الجمركية بما في ذلك العلاقات مع السلطات الجمركية وشركات الاستشارات.
- إدارة مراقبة المخزون والتوفيق مع نظام تخزين البيانات.
- التواصل مع العملاء والموردين وشركات النقل.
- إنتاج التقارير والإحصائيات بانتظام.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المؤهل التعليمي الأول: شهادة تجارية أو ما يعادلها.
- مؤهل إضافي: شهادة في اللوجستيات، مثل تخصص التصدير الفيدرالي.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Order Process
Job Type: Full-Time Contract: Permanent
Location: Riyadh
- To handle the whole order processing within KSA from the receipt of request/order until the final dispatch of order inclusive invoicing in an appropriate way and according to schedule.
- Organization & handling incoming logistics transactions.
Order Process
- To handle, to record, to invoice and to coordinate the incoming orders according to schedule and to the company rules (limits&authorities)
- To issue all relevant documents in an appropiate way and according to the schedule
- To monitor the credit limits and inform sales team and customers with latest data
- To follow accounts receivable and prepare periodical collection reports
- To create and maintain SAP master data (customers/conditions/material/etc.)
- To create and control various sales and order reports
- Responsible for whole purchasing process from different delivery plants
- Import process (direct & indirect) deliveries
- Ensuring that miminum stock levels are adhered to at all times
- Interaction with freight forwarders
- Overall responsibility of importation process and customs functions including relations with customs authorities and consultancy companies
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
- Produce reports and statistics regularly
