WKIL (وكيل) هي منصة بنية تحتية للذكاء الاصطناعي تتيح للشركات تشغيل وتوسيع نطاق وكلاء ذكاء اصطناعي عبر عملياتها. نحن نبحث عن مهندس ذكاء اصطناعي للعمل عن بُعد بدوام كامل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للمساهمة في تصميم وبناء وتحسين وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي الذين يدعمون سير العمل الحيوي لعملائنا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وبناء وتحسين وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي لدعم سير العمل الحيوي للعملاء.
- تطوير ودمج نماذج التعلم الآلي، مع التركيز على معالجة اللغة الطبيعية (NLP)، التعرف على الأنماط، والشبكات العصبية، في المنصة الأساسية والحلول الموجهة للعملاء.
- التعاون مع فرق المنتج والبنية التحتية ونجاح العملاء لترجمة متطلبات العمل إلى ميزات وواجهات برمجة تطبيقات وخدمات قائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- بناء نماذج أولية وتقييم النماذج، وضبط الوكلاء باستخدام بيانات حقيقية، وتنفيذ خطوط مراقبة وتقييم، وتحسين أداء وموثوقية وأمان الوكلاء المنشورين.
- المساهمة في تصميم الأنظمة، وكتابة كود إنتاجي عالي الجودة، والمشاركة في مراجعات الكود، والمساعدة في تشكيل أفضل الممارسات لتطوير ونشر الذكاء الاصطناعي على نطاق واسع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أساس قوي في علوم الحاسب وتطوير البرمجيات، بما في ذلك هياكل البيانات والخوارزميات وتصميم واجهات برمجة التطبيقات وكتابة كود إنتاجي (مثل Python أو ما يشابهها).
- خبرة في الشبكات العصبية والتعرف على الأنماط، بما في ذلك أطر التعلم العميق الحديثة (مثل PyTorch أو TensorFlow) وتدريب النماذج وتقييمها وتحسينها.
- خبرة عملية في معالجة اللغة الطبيعية (NLP)، مثل نمذجة اللغة، استخراج المعلومات، أنظمة الحوار، أو التوليد المعزز بالاسترجاع (RAG).
- القدرة على تصميم ونشر وصيانة خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي في بيئة سحابية (مثل AWS، GCP، أو Azure)، بما في ذلك الحاويات وCI/CD ومراقبة أداء النموذج.
- خبرة في العمل مع خطوط أنابيب البيانات، هندسة الميزات، والتجريب (اختبار A/B، التقييم غير المباشر، التحسين القائم على المقاييس).
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في علوم الحاسب، الهندسة، الرياضيات، أو مجال تقني ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، والتواصل الواضح، والقدرة على التعاون بفعالية ضمن فريق عن بُعد ومتعدد التخصصات.

Role Description As an AI Engineer at Wkil, you will design, build, and optimize AI agents that power critical business workflows for our customers. In this full-time remote role, you will develop and integrate machine learning models, with a focus on NLP, pattern recognition, and neural networks, into our core platform and customer-facing solutions. You will collaborate with product, infrastructure, and customer success teams to translate business requirements into robust AI-powered features, APIs, and services. Day to day, you will prototype and evaluate models, fine-tune agents using real-world data, implement monitoring and evaluation pipelines, and improve performance, reliability, and safety of deployed agents. You will also contribute to system design, write high-quality production code, participate in code reviews, and help shape best practices for AI development and deployment at scale.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, API design, and writing production-quality code (e.g., Python or similar).
- Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including modern deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch or TensorFlow) and model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as language modeling, information extraction, dialogue systems, or retrieval-augmented generation.
- Ability to design, deploy, and maintain AI services in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), including containerization, CI/CD, and monitoring of model performance.
- Experience working with data pipelines, feature engineering, and experimentation (A/B testing, offline evaluation, and metrics-driven improvement).
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
