نبحث عن أخصائي استشاري في GE SmartSignal / Asset Performance Analytics (APA) لدفع مبادرات الصيانة التنبؤية وموثوقية الأصول بالذكاء الاصطناعي عبر العمليات الصناعية. يركز الدور على تنفيذ وضبط وتوسيع نطاق حلول SmartSignal التحليلية لكشف الأعطال المبكرة للمعدات، وتحسين توفر الأصول، وتمكين التميز التشغيلي القائم على البيانات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ وتكوين ودعم نماذج GE SmartSignal (APA) للأصول الحيوية (ضواغط، توربينات، مضخات، وغيرها).
- إجراء تدريب النماذج وضبطها والتحقق من صحتها وإدارة دورة حياتها باستخدام البيانات التاريخية واللحظية.
- تحليل الحالات الشاذة وتوليد الرؤى والتعاون مع فرق التشغيل للكشف المبكر عن الأعطال وتحليل السبب الجذري.
- دمج SmartSignal مع أنظمة مثل GE APM و PI System و SAP و Maximo ومنصات IoT.
- إدارة استيعاب البيانات وتنظيفها وهندسة الميزات لنتائج تحليلية عالية الجودة.
- تطوير لوحات المعلومات والتنبيهات وآليات الإبلاغ للرؤى القابلة للتنفيذ.
- دعم اعتماد برنامج APA وتحقيق القيمة ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الأمن السيبراني وحوكمة البيانات وهندسة المؤسسات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات والطاقة.
- درجة ماجستير أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكيميائية أو ما يعادلها.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في SmartSignal/APA: تطوير النماذج، الضبط، كشف الحالات الشاذة، تكوين التنبيهات.
- البيانات والتحليلات: تحليل السلاسل الزمنية، مفاهيم التعلم الآلي، Python/R (يفضل)، معالجة البيانات.
- الأنظمة الصناعية: GE APM، OSIsoft PI، SCADA، أنظمة DCS.
- التكامل: APIs، الوسيطة، التكامل مع SAP PM، Maximo.
- منصات البيانات: SQL، قواعد بيانات التاريخ، خطوط أنابيب ETL.
- السحابة والأدوات: أساسيات Azure/AWS، أدوات التصور (Power BI/Tableau).

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced GE SmartSignal / Asset Performance Analytics (APA) Consultant to drive predictive maintenance and AI-driven asset reliability initiatives across industrial operations. The role focuses on implementing, tuning, and scaling SmartSignal analytics solutions to detect early equipment failures, improve asset availability, and enable data-driven operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning-based condition monitoring, industrial data analytics, and integration with enterprise asset management systems within the Oil & Gas / Manufacturing domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support GE SmartSignal (APA) models for critical assets (compressors, turbines, pumps, etc.).
Perform model training, tuning, validation, and lifecycle management using historical and real-time data.
Analyze anomalies, generate insights, and collaborate with operations teams for early fault detection and root cause analysis.
Integrate SmartSignal with systems like GE APM, PI System, SAP, Maximo and IoT platforms
Manage data ingestion, cleansing, and feature engineering for high-quality analytics outcomes.
Develop dashboards, alerts, and reporting mechanisms for actionable insights.
Support APA program adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
Experience:
- 7+ years
- Domain: Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power
Qualifications:
- Master's or BS degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Application / Tools knowledge:
1.SmartSignal / APA Expertise: Model development, tuning, anomaly detection, alert configuration
2.Data & Analytics: Time-series data analysis, ML concepts, Python/R (preferred), data preprocessing
3.Industrial Systems: GE APM, OSIsoft PI, SCADA, DCS systems
4.Integration: APIs, middleware, integration with SAP PM, Maximo
5.Data Platforms: SQL, historian data, ETL pipelines
6.Cloud & Tools: Azure/AWS basics, visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
