Role Description This is a full-time, (Virtual) Business Development Manager online based. The Business Development Manager will identify, partnerships, and participation opportunities with hospitals, healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and other industry stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include follow with employee , building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing. The role involves collaborating closely with event, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial opportunities with conference themes and audience profiles. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, attend relevant industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven business development , ideally in healthcare, events, conferences, or related industries. ( past experience marketing health field in saudi is a plus)
• Experience in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and sponsorship packages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of the healthcare sector in KSA or willingness to quickly learn regulatory, clinical, and market dynamics. ( if work in pharmaceutical marketing flied is a plus
• Ability to work online
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
