Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based in Al Ahsa. The English Teacher will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include designing lesson plans, teaching classes across assigned grade levels, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will create an inclusive, student-centered classroom environment, manage classroom behavior positively, and use a variety of teaching methods and resources to support different learning styles. Additional duties include participating in staff meetings, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, maintaining accurate records, and communicating regularly with parents and guardians about student performance and progress.

Qualifications

• Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to deliver clear, engaging lessons to diverse learners.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices, including curriculum implementation and student assessment.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting effectively with students, colleagues, and families.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Classroom experience in teaching English, ideally at primary or secondary levels; experience in international or bilingual settings is an advantage.
• Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to support instruction and student engagement.
• Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and a commitment to student well-being and academic growth.
• Willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and participate in professional development.
