About Us: We are a growing national establishment targeting the B2B sector and mega-projects across Saudi Arabia. Operating on a modern, agile management model and strategic alliances, we are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated "B2B Operations & Business Development Coordinator" to serve as our operational engine and drive our market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Register and manage the establishment’s profiles on major corporate and government procurement portals (e.g., Etimad, SAP Ariba).
• Tender Sourcing: Continuously hunt for and bid on contracting opportunities (sub-contracting) and support service tenders.
• Business Development: Initiate communication with Marketing and Procurement Managers at large corporations to pitch our Corporate PR/Advertising services and commercial real estate solutions.
• Partner Network: Expand and manage a reliable network of execution partners (sub-contractors and real estate brokers) across various regions in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven track record in B2B corporate sales and client relationship management.
• Strong familiarity with vendor registration processes and procurement platforms (Etimad, SAP Ariba, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to draft professional proposals and business emails (Arabic & English).
• A proactive, self-driven, and leadership-oriented personality, capable of working independently to meet and exceed targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary (Determined post-interview, up to 4,000 SAR).
• Uncapped, highly lucrative commission structure (up to 15%) tied directly to closed contracts, deals, and awarded tenders. (Your earning potential is limited only by your ambition).
• Flexible working environment (Remote initially).
