الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء قوية مع القدرة على شرح العمليات والسياسات للسائقين من خلفيات متنوعة بوضوح.
- الإلمام بعمليات الشاحنات أو المركبات (مثل Truck, Truck Driving, CDL Class A) يعتبر ميزة إضافية لفهم احتياجات السائقين وممارسات الصناعة.
- خبرة سابقة في التوظيف أو العمليات أو التنسيق الميداني أو دور مشابه في قطاع النقل أو اللوجستيات أو خدمات التنقل (يفضل).

The Officer will also provide ongoing support to newly onboarded drivers, answer questions, and gather feedback to improve the onboarding experience.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with truck or vehicle operations (e.g., Truck, Truck Driving, CDL Class A) is an advantage, especially for understanding drivers’ needs and industry practices.
- Experience in onboarding, operations, field coordination, or a similar role in transportation, logistics, or mobility services preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office and data-entry tools, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage a high volume of driver interactions, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
