المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم العلمي والتقني والحفاظ على علاقات مهنية وموثوقة مع قادة الرأي الرئيسيين والمراكز الأكاديمية لضمان الوصول إلى أحدث المعلومات الطبية والعلمية في المجال العلاجي ذي الصلة.
- العمل كخبير علمي في المجال العلاجي وتطوير موارد لفريق العلاج.
- تقديم المساعدة في المشاريع الخاصة بما في ذلك الشؤون الطبية، التعليم الطبي المستمر، مجالس استشارية، تطوير قادة الرأي، المراجعات العلمية، التجارب السريرية المحلية، واجتماعات الأطباء السريرية.
- تقديم دعم متخصص للاستفسارات الداخلية والخارجية لضمان توفير معلومات علمية وطبية دقيقة في الوقت المناسب (بما في ذلك الإبلاغ عن الأحداث السلبية).
- الحفاظ على اتصالات مع الأطباء وقادة الرأي في المنطقة الجغرافية المحددة لتلبية احتياجاتهم من المعرفة العلمية في المجال العلاجي.
- تقديم عروض علمية موثوقة للأطباء، فردياً أو في مجموعات (اجتماعات، جلسات سريرية، إلخ)، عند الطلب.
- إنشاء وتطوير علاقات مع مجموعات المتخصصين الطبيين والجمعيات الطبية لتوسيع فرص الشراكة البحثية والاستشارية والتعليمية في المجالات العلاجية المختارة.
- المشاركة في عملية الاختيار لتحديد الأطباء المؤهلين وقادة الرأي الذين ترغب الشركة في التعاون معهم – مثل التعاون البحثي المحتمل، أو دعم المحاضرات/الاجتماعات (موائد مستديرة، مؤتمرات، ندوات، إلخ)؛ وضمان مستوى عالٍ من النزاهة العلمية أو التعليمية في هذه الجهود التعاونية.
- تطوير الوعي والفهم لقضايا/استخبارات المنافسين – مثل استراتيجيات المنتجات، الدراسات، الرسائل التجارية، التموضع، إلخ – والتواصل مع الشركة عند الاقتضاء.
- حضور اجتماعات ومؤتمرات الجمعيات العلمية ذات الصلة، وإعداد ملخصات للرسائل الرئيسية لاستخدامها داخل الشركة – مثل مجالات الاهتمام العلمي/الشركي الرئيسية، الاتجاهات الجديدة في التشخيص والمراقبة والعلاجات في المجال العلاجي.
- عند الطلب، مساعدة الأطباء في توجيه الطلبات بشكل مناسب للوصول إلى منتجات الشركة على أساس اسم المريض أو الاستخدام الإنساني، مع مراعاة جميع المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية المعمول بها.
- دعم فرق المبيعات/التسويق/الداخلي لتطوير خبراتهم العلمية والتقنية من خلال تقديم عروض تحديث علمية.
- ضمان المعرفة المحدثة باستخدامات المنتجات والبيانات الخارجية من خلال التدريب الطبي لفريق المجال العلاجي ذي الصلة.
- تقديم الدعم العلمي والتقني لقادة الرأي والفرق الطبية والسريرية الداخلية لنشر المصادر ذات الاهتمام العلمي أو الطبي.
- ضمان أن جميع الأنشطة والتفاعلات تُجرى مع مراعاة جميع القوانين المحلية والعالمية والوطنية، اللوائح، المبادئ التوجيهية، مدونات السلوك، سياسات الشركة، والمعايير المقبولة لأفضل الممارسات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الطب أو الصيدلة.
- ترخيص من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCHS).
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال صناعة الأدوية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور مماثل في المنتجات البيولوجية/المشابهة بيولوجياً (في الأورام، المناعة، أو أمراض الدم) – شرط أساسي.

What You’ll Work On
- Provide scientific and technical support and help maintain professional and credible relationships with, key opinion leaders and academic centers to ensure access to current medical and scientific information on the relevant Therapeutic area.
- Act as scientific expert in the therapeutic area and develop resources for the therapy team.
- Provide assistance on special projects including medical affairs, continuing medical education, advisory boards, key opinion leader development, scientific reviews, local clinical trials and investigator clinical meetings.
- Provide specialist support in response to both internal and external queries to ensure the prompt provision of accurate scientific and medical information (including adverse event reporting).
- Maintain contacts with physicians and opinion leaders of the assigned geographic area in order to satisfy their needs for scientific knowledge in the relevant therapeutic area.
- Deliver credible presentations on scientific matters to physicians, individually or in groups (meetings, clinical sessions, etc.), where requested.
- Establish and develop relationships with medical specialist groups and medical societies to expand research, advisory and educational partnership opportunities in selected therapeutic areas.
- Participate in the selection process to identify appropriately qualified physicians and KOLs the Company would wish to engage in collaborative efforts – such as potential research collaborations, or lecture/meeting support (Round Tables, Congresses, Symposia, etc.); and to ensure a high level of scientific or educational integrity in these collaborative efforts.
- Develop awareness and understanding of competitor issues/intelligence – for example, product strategies, studies, commercial messages, positioning, etc – and communicate, where appropriate, within the Company.
- Attend relevant Scientific Societies meetings and Conferences, and develop summaries of key messages for use within the Company – such as key areas of scientific/company interest, new trends in diagnosis, monitoring and treatments in the therapeutic area, etc.
- Upon request, assist physicians to appropriately direct requests for access to Company products on a named patient or compassionate use basis, subject to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support sales/marketing/internal team areas to develop their scientific and technical expertise through the delivery of scientific update presentations.
- Ensure up to date knowledge of products uses and external data through medical trainings to the relevant therapeutic area team.
- Provide key opinion leaders and internal medical and clinical teams with scientific and technical support for publications of scientific or medical interest.
- Ensure that all activities and interactions are conducted with due regard to all applicable local, global and national laws, regulations, guidelines, codes of conduct, Company policies and accepted standards of best practice.
- Bachelor’s in physician or pharmacist.
- Saudi commission for health specialist / SCHS.
- English.
- Arabic.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in biological/biosimilar products is a must (oncology, immunology, or hematology).
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with strong interpersonal, interpersonal skills, discipline, flexible, work with team.
