تعلن شركة نوفارتس السعودية عن توفر وظيفة 'رئيس الشؤون الطبية للفرع العلاجي' في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقود رئيس الشؤون الطبية للفرع العلاجي الاستراتيجية الطبية والتنفيذ الخاص بفرع علاجي، مع ضمان التميز العلمي والمشاركة الفاعلة مع أصحاب المصلحة، والتوافق مع الأهداف العالمية والمحلية. كما يتولى قيادة فريق الشؤون الطبية للفرع ويمثل القسم في الهيكل القيادي للفرع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية الطبية للفرع بما يتوافق مع الاستراتيجية العالمية والإقليمية، بما في ذلك التخطيط المتكامل للاستعداد للإطلاق وإدارة دورة حياة المنتج ووصول المرضى.
- ترجمة الاستراتيجية إلى خطة طبية تشغيلية للدولة أو المجموعة.
- قيادة وتطوير فريق الشؤون الطبية للفرع (القادة الطبيون، مسؤولي الاتصال العلمي MSLs، وغيرهم).
- ضمان التوافق القوي مع الاستراتيجيات التجارية والتنظيمية واستراتيجيات الوصول.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية من المصداقية الطبية والعلمية داخل المؤسسة.
- الإشراف على المعلومات الطبية وتوليد الأدلة والتبادل العلمي مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير التيقظ الدوائي (Pharmacovigilance) والمعايير التنظيمية.
- تقديم رؤى طبية لتشكيل الممارسة السريرية وسياسة الرعاية الصحية.
- دعم والإشراف على التجارب السريرية (المراحل الأولى إلى الرابعة)، والدراسات التي يقترحها الباحثون (IITs)، والدراسات غير التدخلية (NIS).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة MD / MBBS / PharmD / PhD في علوم الحياة. يُعد MBA ميزة إضافية.
- أكثر من 10 سنوات خبرة في مجال الشؤون الطبية في صناعة الأدوية.
- خبرة في المنتجات المتخصصة (specialty products).
- دراية وخبرة بمشهد الرعاية الصحية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة قيادية كبيرة مع قدرة مثبتة على إدارة وتحفيز فريق من خلفيات متنوعة.

The Franchise Medical Head leads the medical strategy and execution for a therapeutic franchise, ensuring scientific excellence, strong stakeholder engagement, and alignment with global and local business objectives. The role also leads the Franchise Medical team and represents Medical Affairs in the franchise leadership structure.
About The Role
- Develop and execute the Franchise Medical Strategy aligned with global and regional strategy including integrated planning for launch readiness, lifecycle management and patient access
- Translate strategy into an operational medical plan for the country or cluster.
- Lead and develop the Franchise Medical team (Medical leads, MSLs, etc.).
- Ensure strong alignment with commercial, regulatory, and access strategies.
- Maintain high standards of medical and scientific credibility within the organization.
- Oversee medical information, evidence generation, and scientific exchange with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory standards.
- Provide medical insights to shape clinical practice and healthcare policy.
- Support and oversee: Clinical trials (Phase I–IV),Investigator-initiated studies (IITs), Non-interventional studies (NIS)
- MD/MBBS/PharmD/PhD in Lifesciences. MBA is a plus
- More than 10 years’ experience in Medical Affairs function in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with specialty products
- Experience and familiar with healthcare landscape in Saudi Arabia
- Significant leadership experience, and proven ability to manage and motivate team of diverse backgrounds
