تعلن شركة Akima (Pinnacle Solutions) عن توفر وظيفة ممثل الخدمة الميدانية للصيانة التقليدية في مدينة الملك خالد العسكرية، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيعمل المرشح على دعم معدات نظام THAAD وغيرها من المعدات المرتبطة به، وتنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفقاً للمعايير الفنية والكتيبات الرسمية للشركة المصنعة (OEM) ضمن برنامج المبيعات العسكرية الخارجية (FMS).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية على المعدات المخصصة وفقاً للتوجيهات الفنية من الشركة المصنعة (OEM).
- صيانة وإصلاح المركبات التكتيكية الثقيلة ذات العجلات (عائلة HEMTT)، والمقطورات، ومعدات دعم البطاريات.
- صيانة معدات مناولة المواد (MHE) بما في ذلك الرافعات الشوكية متعددة الاتجاهات والرافعات الأرضية الوعرة.
- صيانة أنظمة توليد الطاقة الكهربائية بما في ذلك مولدات HDT DRASH ومولدات Kubota/Cummins المثبتة على مركبات HEMTT بقدرة 5 كيلوواط.
- إجراء أعمال الصيانة الدورية (نصف السنوية والسنوية).
- القيام بأعمال التشخيص واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها في الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والهيدروليكية.
- إصلاح واستبدال المكونات الفرعية (مثل المحركات البادئة، والمولدات، ومكونات نظام الوقود، والأحزمة، والفلاتر، والتجميعات الكهربائية).
- إجراء الفحص والاختبار والضبط لضمان صلاحية المعدات وجاهزيتها التشغيلية.
- استخدام الكتيبات الفنية (TMs) ووثائق الصيانة لضمان الامتثال للمعايير المقررة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة وتقديم تحديثات الحالة حسب الحاجة.
- العمل بشكل مستقل كممثل الخدمة الميدانية الوحيد في الموقع المخصص، وتنسيق أولويات الصيانة مع الوحدات المدعومة.
- دعم متطلبات المهمة من خلال ساعات عمل مرنة حسب الحاجة للحفاظ على جاهزية المعدات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على تدريب وتأهيل وفقاً لميكانيكي المركبات ذات العجلات 91B أو شهادة مكافئة عسكرية/تجارية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-15 سنة في مجال الصيانة ذات الصلة لدعم المعدات الثقيلة التكتيكية أو التجارية.
- خبرة مثبتة في صيانة وإصلاح محركات الديزل.
- خبرة في أنظمة نقل الحركة (ناقل الحركة، الدفرنس، علبة النقل).
- خبرة في تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية والهيدروليكية.
- خبرة في تنفيذ فحوصات وخدمات الصيانة الوقائية (PMCS).
- القدرة على تنفيذ الصيانة باستخدام الكتيبات الفنية للشركة المصنعة والإجراءات القياسية.
- خبرة في العمل المستقل في الميدان أو في بيئات خارج الولايات المتحدة (OCONUS).
- القدرة على استيفاء المتطلبات الطبية والأمنية والنشر للمهام داخل المملكة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئات قاسية أو نائية مع دعم خارجي محدود.
- القدرة على رفع ونقل وتشغيل معدات وأدوات الصيانة حسب الحاجة.
- الاستعداد للعمل لساعات إضافية بناءً على متطلبات المهمة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في دعم أنظمة THAAD أو أنظمة دفاعية مماثلة (يفضل).
- خبرة سابقة كممثل خدمة ميدانية (FSR) أو دعم لوجستي للمقاولين (CLS) (يفضل).
- إلمام بمنصات HEMTT ومعدات مناولة المواد (MHE) ومعدات الدعم العسكرية (يفضل).
- خبرة في دعم البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية أو بيئات تشغيلية مماثلة (يفضل).
- خبرة في صيانة المولدات وأنظمة توليد الطاقة (يفضل).
- معرفة في إصلاح وصيانة أنظمة تكييف الهواء (يفضل).
- الجنسية السعودية مفضلة.

Pinnacle Solutions is looking for a Field Service Representative to work in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The Field Service Representative (FSR) provides conventional maintenance support for Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) associated support equipment at designated locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position supports a level-of-effort (LOE), best-effort maintenance construct focused on sustaining operational readiness of tactical vehicles, generators, and material handling equipment. The FSR operates as an in-country resource assigned to a specific site and performs maintenance in accordance with applicable OEM Technical Manuals (TMs) and Technical Bulletins (TBs) under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program requirements.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment in accordance with OEM technical guidance.
- Maintain and repair:
- Heavy tactical wheeled vehicles (HEMTT family).
- Trailers and battery support equipment.
- Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including rough terrain and multi-directional forklifts
- Power generation systems, including HDT DRASH generators and 5kW HEMTT-mounted generators (Kubota/Cummins variants).
- Conduct scheduled maintenance services (semi-annual and annual).
- Execute diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault isolation across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system.
- Perform component-level repair and replacement (e.g., starters, alternators, fuel system components, belts, filters, and electrical assemblies).
- Conduct inspections, testing, and adjustments to ensure equipment serviceability and operational readiness.
- Utilize Technical Manuals (TMs) and maintenance documentation to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide status updates as required.
- Operate independently as the sole FSR at assigned location and coordinate maintenance priorities with supported units.
- Support mission requirements through flexible work hours as needed to maintain equipment readiness.
- Trained and qualified in accordance with 91B Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic or equivalent military/commercial certification.
- 8-15 years of relevant maintenance experience supporting tactical or commercial heavy equipment.
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Diesel engine maintenance and repair.
- Powertrain systems (transmissions, differentials, transfer cases).
- Hydraulic and electrical system troubleshooting.
- Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS).
- Ability to perform maintenance using OEM Technical Manuals and standard procedures.
- Experience working independently in field or OCONUS environments.
- Prior experience supporting THAAD or similar defense systems.
- Previous Field Service Representative (FSR) or Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) experience.
- Familiarity with HEMTT platforms, MHE, and military support equipment.
- Experience supporting programs in Saudi Arabia or similar operational environments.
- Experience with generator maintenance and power generation systems.
- Knowledge of air conditioning repair and maintenance principles.
- Saudi Nationals preferred.
- Ability to meet medical, security, and deployment requirements for in-country assignment.
- Ability to work in austere or remote environments with limited external support.
- Must be capable of lifting, carrying, and operating maintenance equipment and tools as required.
- Willingness to support extended hours based on mission requirements.
