تعلن شركة AIM Industries عن توفر وظيفة مدير مصنع (Plant Manager) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. الشركة هي من أعرق منتجي الخرسانة المضغوطة هيدروليكياً في المملكة، مع أكثر من 22 عاماً من التميز، ومعتمدة ISO 9001 | 14001 | 45001. نبحث عن مدير مصنع ذي خبرة عملية في تشغيل مكابس هيدروليكية وإدارة الإنتاج بجودة عالية، قادر على التعامل مع مشاكل متعددة الأوجه دون توقف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 10 سنوات أو أكثر في تصنيع الخرسانة المضغوطة هيدروليكياً (لا تقبل خبرة الصب الرطب فقط) بالإضافة إلى أثاث الخرسانة مسبقة الصب (بما في ذلك UHPC و HPC والحجر المعماري).
- معرفة تقنية عميقة بمعدات المكابس الهيدروليكية، وتصميم خلطات الخرسانة، وأنظمة الركام.
- سجل حافل في إدارة فرق إنتاج تزيد عن 50 عاملاً.
- خبرة في العمل وفقاً لمعايير BS EN 1339 أو ما يعادلها من معايير الجودة الدولية.
- انضباط قوي في ضبط الجودة / مراقبة الجودة - قوة الضغط، تفاوتات الأبعاد، اتساق اللون.
- يفضل الخبرة المباشرة من المملكة المتحدة أو الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

We're Hiring: Plant Manager - Hydraulically Pressed Precast Concrete & Street Furniture
AIM Industries Co. Factory is looking for an exceptional Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
We are the Kingdom's most established producers of hydraulically pressed precast concrete - supplying the Grana-Lux paving range, kerbstones, outdoor furniture, and hardscape products to leading developers and landscape architects across the GCC. Over 22 years of manufacturing excellence. ISO 9001 | 14001 | 45001 certified offering a 10-year product warranty.
This role is for a plant manager - someone who has spent their career on the floor of a hydraulic press facility and knows exactly what it takes to run one at its best, what the product should look like when installed and how to keep everything running smoothly.
What we're ideally looking for:
→ 10+ years in hydraulically pressed precast concrete manufacturing (wet-cast experience alone will not be considered) as well as precast concrete furniture (inc UHPC, HPC & architectural stone)
→ Deep technical knowledge of hydraulic press equipment, concrete mix design, and aggregate systems
→ Proven track record managing production teams of 50+ operatives
→ Experience working to BS EN 1339 or equivalent international quality standards
→ Strong QA / QC discipline - compressive strength, dimensional tolerances, colour consistency
We hold particular interest in those with direct experience from the UK or UAE.
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Relocation & Iqama sponsorship provided for the right candidate
