Job Summary:

Experienced security professional with in industrial security, Operational risk management, and operations. Responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing incidents, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across facilities.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Oversee daily security operations including access control, and incident response.
2. Conduct risk assessments, audit, and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
3. Manage and lead security teams, including training and performance monitoring.
4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and government entities.
5. Monitor KPIs, incidents, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
6. Support project activities including mobilization, commissioning, and operational readiness.
7. Review the department and project documents.
8. Monitor, review, and evaluate Service Provider KPIs to ensure contractual compliance and achievement of performance targets, while implementing corrective actions where required.
9. Oversee Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance, monitor compliance with agreed service standards, and ensure timely resolution of service deficiencies.
10. Assist in the review of quality management procedures, providing feedback to enhance compliance with Tech and regulatory standards.
11. Any additional work that may be assigned to the employee based on request of senior management, the employee must commit without disrupting the employee’s official working hours.

Academic and professional qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Quality and safety or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management, PMO Methodologies, Data & Reporting or other relevant field

Languages:

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
