Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager (مديرة الجودة) located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Quality Manager will ensure adherence to educational and operational quality standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance processes, monitoring and evaluating the educational environment, and providing guidance to staff for continuous improvement. The role requires close collaboration with teaching and administrative teams to maintain and enhance the institution's high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quality Management, Process Improvement, and Compliance Standards in an educational setting.
• Experience in Education Quality Assurance and ability to develop and monitor policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct assessments, compile reports, and suggest actionable improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, KG, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in early childhood education or related institutions.
