مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث في الرياض يعلن عن حاجته لطبيب زائر (Locum Tenens) في تخصص/فرع التخصص، وذلك لتشخيص وعلاج الأمراض والحالات الطبية وفقاً للوائح وسياسات المستشفى.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى الطبيب الزائر مسؤولية تشخيص وعلاج الأمراض والحالات الطبية، وتقديم الرعاية الطبية في مجال التخصص/فرع التخصص، وفقاً للوائح وأنظمة الكادر الطبي وسياسات وإجراءات المستشفى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المسؤوليات السريرية: - تقديم رعاية عالية الجودة للمرضى في جميع جوانب التخصص المحدد وفقاً للامتيازات السريرية المعتمدة. - تقديم الاستشارات (للمرضى الداخليين وطوارئ) عند الطلب والاستجابة في الوقت المناسب ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد في سياسة المستشفى. - المسؤولية عن إتمام السجل الطبي بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد. - توفير خدمة المناوبة وضمان التوفر ووقت الاستجابة ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد وفقاً لسياسة المستشفى. - إجراء الجولات اليومية الصباحية لتحديد المرضى المستعدين للخروج، وضمان كتابة أوامر الخروج قبل 24 ساعة من الموعد. - أداء أي مسؤوليات سريرية أخرى ذات صلة بالتخصص حسب التكليف.
  • المسؤوليات الأكاديمية: - تقديم التوجيه والتدريب bedside والإشراف للمتدربين والمقيمين والزملاء حسب التكليف. - المشاركة في الأنشطة التعليمية للقسم وبرامجه التدريبية، والمشاركة في المؤتمرات الطبية الوطنية والدولية. - الحفاظ على المعرفة المهنية وتعزيزها واستيفاء متطلبات التعليم المستمر.
  • المسؤوليات البحثية: - المشاركة في المشاريع البحثية السريرية والأساسية والترجمة وفقاً لسياسة المجلس الاستشاري للبحوث بهدف تطوير المعرفة وتحسين جودة التعليم العالي والمساهمة في الاعتراف الوطني والدولي بالمستشفى.
  • المسؤوليات الإدارية: - الاضطلاع بالمهام الإدارية التي يكلف بها رئيس القسم أو رئيس الشعبة. - المشاركة في جميع الأنشطة الإلزامية للقسم والعمل في لجان القسم والمستشفى وغيرها من المهام الإدارية حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • التعليم: التخرج من كلية طب معتمدة، استكمال فترة التدريب المطلوبة في التخصص و/أو الفرع التخصصي، مع الحصول على شهادة البورد العربي أو الأمريكي أو العضوية و/أو الزمالة في المملكة المتحدة و/أو كندا أو ما يعادلها.
  • الخبرة: سبع (7) سنوات من التدريب في التخصص أو الفرع التخصصي، بالإضافة إلى خبرة تدريبية بعد التخرج لا تقل عن سبع (7) سنوات في الفرع التخصصي.

Summary

Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of medical diseases and conditions, as well as the provision of medical care in the field of Specialty/Subspeciality, in accordance with the current medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations and the hospital’s policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Clinical Responsibilities
Provides high quality patient care in all aspects of assigned specialty according to his/her approved clinical privileges.
Provides consultation (inpatient, and emergency room) upon request and responds in a timely manner within the prescribed timeframe as outlined in KFSH&RC policy.
Responsible for the timely completion, competencies, accuracy and eligibility of the medical record
Provides on-call service and ensures availability and response time within the prescribed timeframe in accordance with hospital policy.
Conducts daily morning rounds to identify patients ready for discharge.  Ensures that discharge orders are written 24hours prior to discharge.
 Performs any other clinical responsibilities related to the specialty, as assigned.
Academic Responsibilities
Provides orientation, bedside training and supervision to interns, residents and fellows as assigned
Participates in department’s educational activities and training programs of the department. Partakes in national and international medical conferences.
Maintains and enhances professional knowledge and continuing education requirements.
Research Responsibilities
Participates in clinical, basic and translational research projects in accordance with Research Advisory Council Policy in order to advance knowledge, improve the quality of post graduate education and contribute to the national and international recognition of KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.).
Administrative Responsibilities
Undertakes the administrative duties assigned by Head of Section or Chairman.
Participates in all mandatory departmental activities and serves on departmental and hospital committees and other administrative functions, as required.


 

Education

Graduation from an accredited medical school, completion of required period of training in specialty and/or subspecialty, with Arab or American Board certification, membership and/or fellowship status in the United Kingdom and/or Canada or their equivalent.

Experience Required

Seven (7) Years of training inspecialty or subspecialty plus postgraduate training experience must be equalto or exceed seven (7) years’ experience in the subspecialty
