Al Mutamakinah Al Arabia Trading & Contracting Company, a leading contracting company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Roads & Asphalt Projects.

- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

- Strong experience in preparing and reviewing:

• Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)

• Method Statements

• Material Submittals

• NCRs, CARs, MIRs, and WIRs

- Good knowledge of AASHTO, ASTM, and Saudi MOT Specifications.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Preferred Certifications:

• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor.

• Quality Management System (QMS) Certification.

• Material Testing Certification or proven experience in road and asphalt laboratories.

• PMP Certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan.

• Review and approve road and asphalt materials and mix designs.

• Coordinate with laboratories and consultants regarding testing and approvals.

• Monitor field and laboratory testing activities.

• Manage NCRs and corrective actions.

• Prepare periodic quality reports.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.

• Lead and supervise the project quality and laboratory teams.

Candidates with previous experience on Ma’aden projects will be highly preferred
