المهام والمسؤوليات
- توفير خدمات نقل آمنة وموثوقة وفي الوقت المحدد للأفراد المصرح لهم، وعند الاقتضاء، للبضائع أو المواد الخطرة.
- جمع وتسليم البريد والمستندات وغيرها من المواد حسب الحاجة.
- استقبال ومساعدة الأفراد المعينين في المطار، بما في ذلك تسهيل إجراءات الهجرة والجمارك.
- الحفاظ على سجلات يومية دقيقة للمركبة وتقديم مدخلات لخطط الصيانة وتقارير الاستخدام.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية (مثل الزيت والماء والبطارية والمكابح والإطارات) وضمان بقاء المركبات في حالة عمل جيدة.
- إجراء الإصلاحات الصغيرة وتنسيق الإصلاحات الكبيرة حسب الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة المركبات المخصصة وصلاحيتها للسير في جميع الأوقات.
- ضمان توفر وحفظ جميع المستندات واللوازم المطلوبة، بما في ذلك التأمين والتسجيل والسجلات والخرائط ودليل المكتب وحقيبة الإسعافات الأولية وقطع الغيار.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة (أو ما يعادلها) مع سنتين من الخبرة ذات الصلة مطلوبة، أو درجة البكالوريوس (أو ما يعادلها) في أي تخصص مع 0 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة مرغوب فيه.
- تدريب على القيادة مع رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول مطلوب.
- خبرة عمل في القيادة الآمنة والقيادة الدفاعية وإصلاح المركبات البسيط (خبرة ذات صلة).
- خبرة في العمل مع الأمم المتحدة (UN) في العراق مطلوبة.
- معرفة قواعد وأنظمة القيادة مطلوبة.
- خبرة في العمل مع بعثة الأمم المتحدة لمساعدة العراق (يونامي) مرغوب فيه.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القيادة الآمنة والدفاعية.
- إصلاح المركبات البسيط.

Relevant experience is considered work experience in safe driving, defensive driving and minor vehicle repair
Experience working for the United Nations (UN) in Iraq is required.
Knowledge of driving rules and regulations is required.

Experience of working with the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) is desired.
Experience in development or humanitarian contexts is desired.

Functions / Key Results Expected
Driving Services
- Provide safe, reliable and timely transportation of authorized personnel and, where applicable, cargo or hazardous goods.
- Collect and deliver mail, documents and other items as required.
- Meet and assist assigned personnel at the airport, including facilitating immigration and customs formalities.
- Maintain accurate daily vehicle logs and provide input for maintenance plans and usage reports.
- Perform routine checks (e.g. oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc) and ensure vehicles are kept in good working condition.
- Carry out minor repairs and coordinate major repairs as needed.
- Keep assigned vehicles clean and roadworthy at all times.
- Ensure availability and safekeeping of all required documents and supplies, including insurance, registration, logs, maps, office directory, first aid kit, and spare parts.
- Take immediate action in line with organizational rules and regulations in the event of an accident.
- Assist Administrative or Support Services with procurement processes, including obtaining quotations for office supplies.
- Inspect, distribute and maintain inventory records of office supplies and equipment.
- Support facility management by arranging minor repairs, liaising with artisans and maintaining a roster of service providers.
- Monitor and support the maintenance of office equipment to ensure optimum performance, including timely follow-up on utility services.
- Respond promptly to repair and maintenance requests raised by authorized personnel.
- Secondary school (or equivalent) with 2 years of relevant experience is required, OR:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with 0 years of relevant experience is desired.
- Driver’s training with a valid driver’s licence is required.
