نبحث عن مدير حسابات رئيسي لمعدات الإنشاءات ضمن قطاع المركبات التجارية في شركة الفطيم للسيارات (FAMCO)، للعمل في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى مدير الحسابات الرئيسي قيادة نمو المبيعات وتوسيع التواجد في السوق لمعدات الإنشاءات ضمن قطاع المركبات التجارية. يركز الدور على تطوير علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحكوميين وأساطيل المركبات وقطاع الخاص، مع الترويج للمنتجات وتحقيق الأداء التجاري بما يتوافق مع أهداف الإيرادات والحصة السوقية. سيعمل المرشح ضمن قسم معدات الإنشاءات بالتعاون الوثيق مع مدير المبيعات الإقليمي ومديري المنتجات والفرق متعددة الوظائف لدعم نمو قطاع المركبات التجارية في المملكة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية لمعدات الإنشاءات عبر الحسابات الرئيسية.
- التعاون مع قيادة المبيعات وفرق المنتجات لتحديد أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربعية.
- تطوير توقعات دقيقة للمبيعات والحفاظ عليها وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة لأصحاب المصلحة.
- مراقبة أداء المبيعات واتخاذ إجراءات استباقية لضمان تحقيق الأهداف باستمرار.
- بناء علاقات قوية والحفاظ عليها مع العملاء الرئيسيين في القطاعات الحكومية وأساطيل المركبات والخاصة.
- إعداد عروض تجارية مقنعة ودعم التنسيق السلس بين الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الإدارة أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال صناعة السيارات، ويفضل في معدات الإنشاءات أو قطاعات التصنيع ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في السوق السعودي تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

- قدرة مثبتة على تحقيق النتائج وتحسين الأداء باستمرار.

- فطنة مالية قوية وفهم تجاري.

Overview Of The Role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for Construction Equipment within the commercial vehicles segment. The role focuses on developing strong relationships across government, fleet, and private sector clients while promoting products and delivering business performance aligned with revenue and market share targets.
What You Will Do
You will be part of the Construction Equipment division, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver results and support the growth of the commercial vehicles segment in KSA.

Overview Of The Role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for Construction Equipment within the commercial vehicles segment. The role focuses on developing strong relationships across government, fleet, and private sector clients while promoting products and delivering business performance aligned with revenue and market share targets.
What You Will Do
- Drive achievement of monthly sales targets for Construction Equipment across key accounts
- Collaborate with sales leadership and product teams to set monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and take proactive actions to ensure targets are consistently met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across government, fleet, and private sectors
- Prepare compelling business proposals and support smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or any relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the automotive industry, preferably in Construction Equipment or related manufacturing sectors
- Experience in the KSA market is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic would be an advantage
You will be part of the Construction Equipment division, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver results and support the growth of the commercial vehicles segment in KSA.
