تعلن شركة NJD Games عن توفر وظيفة مطور ألعاب Unity مبتدئ (Junior Unity Developer) في مدينة الرياض (الملقة)، بنظام الدوام الكامل والحضور إلى المكتب.

في NJD Games، نقوم بتطوير ألعاب السباقات والانجراف (الهجولة) للسوق السعودي والخليجي، ومن إصداراتنا المنشورة: King of Hajwala وHajwala Corsa وHajwala Corsa 2. نبحث حالياً عن مطور Unity مبتدئ شغوف بألعاب السيارات للانضمام إلى فريق التطوير، حيث ستعمل على فيزياء المركبات وآليات الانجراف وتحسين أداء الأجهزة المحمولة بالتعاون مع فرق الفن والجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- كتابة سكريبتات C# نظيفة وقابلة للصيانة في Unity لآليات اللعب والتحكم بالمركبات.
- تطوير وضبط فيزياء السيارة وسلوك الانجراف لتحقيق تجربة قيادة واقعية وممتعة.
- دمج نماذج السيارات ثلاثية الأبعاد في اللعبة وضبط الهيكل (rigging) مع الرسوم المتحركة والفيزياء.
- تحسين أداء اللعبة على الأجهزة المحمولة: معدل إطارات مستقر (FPS)، إدارة الذاكرة، واستهلاك البطارية.
- تقليل عدد draw calls وتخصيصات GC، وتطبيق تقنيات مثل object pooling لرفع الكفاءة.
- التعاون مع فريقي الفن والجودة لتقديم تجربة لعب سلسة وخالية من الأخطاء.
- اختبار وتصحيح الأخطاء في الإصدارات والحفاظ على جودة الإصدار قبل النشر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي الصلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنوات في تطوير الألعاب باستخدام Unity وC#.
- فهم قوي لفيزياء الألعاب وآليات حركة المركبات.
- معرفة عملية بتحسين الأداء على المنصات المحمولة.
- الإلمام بالتعامل مع الأصول ثلاثية الأبعاد داخل Unity.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتواصل بفعالية.
- دوام كامل، عمل حضوري في مكتب الشركة بحي الملقة بالرياض.
المهارات المطلوبة (إضافية - مفضلة)
- شغف واضح بألعاب السباقات والسيارات والانجراف.
- محفظة أعمال أو مشاريع شخصية (حتى الصغيرة منها) تظهر مهاراتك.
- خبرة مع Unity Profiler أو أدوات قياس الأداء الأخرى.
- معرفة بأنظمة التحكم باللمس وواجهة المستخدم المخصصة للأجهزة المحمولة.

At NJD Games, we build racing and drifting (hajwala) games for the Saudi and Gulf market, with published titles including King of Hajwala, Hajwala Corsa, and Hajwala Corsa 2. We're looking for a Junior Unity Developer passionate about automotive racing games to join our development team. You'll work on vehicle physics, drifting mechanics, and mobile performance optimization, collaborating closely with our art and QA teams.
- Write clean, maintainable C# scripts in Unity for gameplay and vehicle control mechanics.
- Develop and fine-tune car physics and drift behavior to deliver realistic, fun-to-play handling.
- Integrate 3D car models into the game and ensure correct rigging with animation and physics.
- Optimize game performance on mobile devices: stable frame rate (FPS), memory management, and battery consumption.
- Reduce draw calls and GC allocations, and apply techniques such as object pooling to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the art and QA teams to deliver smooth, polished, bug-free gameplay.
- Test and debug builds, and maintain build quality ahead of release.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in game development using Unity and C#.
- Solid understanding of game physics and vehicle movement mechanics.
- Working knowledge of performance optimization on mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with handling 3D assets inside Unity.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- A clear passion for racing, automotive, and drifting games.
- A portfolio or personal projects (even small ones) that showcase your skills.
- Experience with Unity Profiler or other performance-measurement tools.
- Knowledge of touch-control systems and mobile UI.
- Full-time, on-site role at our office in Al Malqa, Riyadh.
