تعلن شركة Halliburton، إحدى أكبر مزودي المنتجات والخدمات لصناعة الطاقة العالمية، عن وظيفة مساعد مشغل أول (Operator Assistant I) في المنطقة الغربية (المدينة المنورة)، المملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى تدريب الموظفين الجدد على عمليات حفر آبار النفط الأساسية من خلال العمل تحت الإشراف المباشر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعلم عمليات حفر آبار النفط الأساسية تحت إشراف دقيق، بما في ذلك سوائل الحفر وعمليات التحكم في المواد الصلبة.
- المساعدة في تجهيز وفك تجهيز معدات الخدمة.
- تشغيل بعض أو كل المعدات التالية: شاكرات الطين وتغيير الشاشات، أجهزة الطرد المركزي، أنظمة معالجة القطع ونظام التسييل، وأنظمة التفريغ والغسيل بالضغط.
- المشاركة الفعالة في عملية تحسين الجودة وتعزيز الوعي بالسلامة والوعي البيئي.
- الامتثال لجميع إجراءات ولوائح السلامة والبيئة المعمول بها، وضمان الامتثال لإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- مستوى الدخول (لا يشترط خبرة سابقة).
- القدرة على التواصل الفعال مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على إجراء العمليات الحسابية الأساسية (الجمع، الطرح، الضرب، القسمة).
- مهارات القراءة والكتابة الأساسية.
- يفضل امتلاك مهارات حاسوبية أساسية.
- الالتزام بقوانين وإجراءات السلامة والبيئة.

Job Duties
Under strict supervision, learns basic oil well operations including but not limited to drilling fluids and solids control operations. Assist in the rigging-up and rigging-down of service equipment, and in the operation of some or all of the following equipment: shale shakers and screen changes, centrifuges, cuttings handling and slurrification systems, and vacuum and pressure washing systems. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate with others, perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and basic reading comprehension and writing skills. Basic computer skills are preferred. This position promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process, promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations, and ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
