Main Responsibilities:

• Follow up and implement production plans
• Follow up on production lines and the supervisors and technicians working on them to ensure the progress of the production plan
• Preparing periodic and daily reports on production operations and the production plan
• Follow up on the work schedules of production technicians as needed
• Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him by the direct manager
• Providing recommendations to improve production capabilities and develop production processes in terms of reducing costs and raising the level of product quality
• Coordination with Total Quality Management regarding production or errors related to product quality and safety and compliance with occupational health and safety controls
• Coordinating with the maintenance team regarding preventive maintenance plans, scheduled stops, resolving technical problems, and reducing malfunctions
• Monitoring the level of efficiency of performance of industrial machines and equipment and their production capabilities, in addition to monitoring the level of inventory and its suitability for sales operations
• Ensure safe operating conditions in the work area and promptly report and correct unsafe conditions

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, specializing in production or its equivalent

At least 3 years of experience in the field of food production and manufacturing
