نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيعمل المستشار التقني ضمن فريق تعاوني يركز على العملاء لدعم التقنيات الطبية المتقدمة وتحسين نتائج المرضى. تتضمن المهام العمل الميداني في المستشفيات، والتفاعل المباشر مع الأطباء وغرف العمليات، والسفر المتكرر ضمن المنطقة المخصصة. سيتولى تقديم الدعم السريري والتقني أثناء الإجراءات، وتقديم التدريب، والحفاظ على علاقات مهنية مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية. سيعمل تحت إشراف مدير الاستشارات التقنية الإقليمي وبالتعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق والسريرية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم التقني والسريري أثناء الإجراءات لضمان الاستخدام الآمن والفعال لمنتجات وتقنيات ميدترونيك.
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات مهنية قوية مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية وطواقم المستشفيات.
- تقديم التدريب على المنتجات والتعليم السريري للأطباء والممرضين والفنيين وأخصائيي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين.
- دعم الأطباء أثناء الإجراءات والمساعدة في مبادرات تبني العلاج من خلال الحفاظ على مستويات خدمة عالية وأوقات استجابة سريعة للحسابات الرئيسية.
- حفظ السجلات الدقيقة لأنشطة الدعم السريري وتفاعلات العملاء والمخزون باستخدام أنظمة الشركة مثل Salesforce.com (SFDC).
- تقديم الدعم السريري أثناء إجراءات الأوعية الدموية العصبية (NV) والأوعية الدموية المحيطية (PVH) والأبهرية باستخدام تقنيات ميدترونيك العلاجية.
- تمكين توسع السوق وحماية الأعمال الحالية من خلال التواجد الميداني المستمر.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق مختبر القسطرة (Cath Lab) وغرفة الأنجيو (Angio Suite) لدعم الإجراءات وتقديم التدريب السريري.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية، أو الأشعة التداخلية (IR)، أو التمريض، أو العلوم السريرية، أو مجال صحي ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 4 سنوات في الأجهزة الطبية، أو الدعم السريري، أو الخدمات الصحية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مهارات اتصال وعرض قوية مع القدرة على بناء علاقات فعالة مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية.
- القدرة على تعلم وتطبيق المعرفة التقنية والسريرية في بيئة سريرية سريعة الوتيرة.
- الاستعداد للسفر المتكرر ضمن المنطقة المخصصة.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- يُفضل خبرة في العمل في مختبرات القسطرة (Cath Lab) أو غرفة الأنجيو (Angio Suite)، أو أمراض القلب التداخلية، أو الأوعية الدموية، أو الإجراءات طفيفة التوغل الموجهة بالصور.
- الإلمام بتقنيات الأجهزة الطبية ودعم الحالات السريرية يُعد ميزة.
- الشهادات أو التدريبات الإضافية ذات الصلة بالهندسة الطبية الحيوية أو التطبيقات السريرية تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- هذا الدور ميداني ويتطلب حضوراً منتظماً في المستشفيات والمرافق الصحية عبر المنطقة المخصصة مع التعاون الوثيق مع الأطباء وفرق مختبر القسطرة وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين في ميدترونيك.

The Technical Consultant will report to the Regional Technical Consulting Manager and will work closely with sales, marketing, and clinical stakeholders. Frequent travel within the assigned territory is required to provide case support, deliver product training, and ensure excellent customer service. This role involves regular interaction with physicians, operating rooms, and hospital staff, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy a field-based environment and are passionate about healthcare technology and patient care.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provide technical and clinical support during procedures to ensure the safe and effective use of Medtronic products and therapies as well as developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and hospital staff.
- Deliver product training and clinical education to physicians, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals as well as supporting physicians during procedures and assist with therapy adoption initiatives by maintaining high service levels and response times to key accounts .
- Maintain accurate records of case support activities, customer interactions, and inventory using company systems such as Salesforce.com (SFDC).
- Provide clinical support during Neurovascular (NV) , Peripheral Vascular (PVH) and Aortic procedures using Medtronic therapy technologies and ensure effective & safe use of the assigned therapies by end users.
- Enable further market expansion and protect existing business through consistent field presence.
- Work closely with Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) and Angiography (Angio) Suite teams to support procedures and deliver clinical training.
- Medtronic Technologies Supported will be Neurovascular (NV) devices which are specialized, minimally invasive medical tools used to diagnose, access, and treat diseases affecting the blood vessels of the brain and spinal cord, such as strokes, aneurysms, and arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) Peripheral Vascular (PVH) devices that are specialized medical tools and implants used in minimally invasive procedures to diagnose, restore, and manage blood flow in vessels outside the brain and heart (such as the arms, legs, and kidneys) Aortic Products which are Aortic Endovascular Repair Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Interventional Radiology (IR), Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
- 3-4 years of experience in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
