Job Title : Electronic IoT/ Repair and Maintenance Engineer

Location: : Dammam, KSA

We are actively looking for early-career applicants with 0-2 years of experience to join our electronics & operations team. Technical training and product-specific training will be fully provided during a 3-4 week onboarding and probation period.

Job Summary: The Electronic IOT/ Repair and Maintenance Engineer are responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of LMI System, PWAS, DMS, IVMS and similar devices to ensure it is properly working before delivery to customer location. Electronic IOT/ Repair and Maintenance Engineer play a critical role in preventing devices failures and minimizing client complaints, supporting field service technician productivity and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and Repair LMI, PWAS and DMS Systems: Regularly inspect and repair devices received fromclients for in-house repair, check devices components to identify issues and potential problems.
2. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and replacements ofPWAS, LMI and DMS parts.
3. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot devices malfunctions or failures, identify the root causes, andimplement corrective actions.
4. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to extend device lifespanand reduce the risk of unexpected failures.
5. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and standards and adhere to bestpractices for electrical safety.
6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. Update device manuals ifany and documentation as needed.
7. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to devices failures to minimize client complaints.
8. Upgrades and Improvements: Collaborate with Solutions team to implement upgrades, modifications, andimprovements of Perfect Vision devices as required.
9. Spare Parts Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment needed forrepairs and replacements.
10. Training and Development: Provide training and development for field technicians for new devices or devicesimprovements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IoT, Mechanical and Electrical).

• Proven experience in electronics maintenance and troubleshooting, with a focus on electronics systems. • Knowledge of electronics codes, regulations, and best practices.

• Ability to read and interpret electronics schematics and blueprints.

• Proficiency in using electronics tools for testing and diagnosing Perfect Vision devices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to electrical work.

Optional Skills and Certifications:

• Electronics licenses or certifications.

• Training in specific equipment or systems relevant to the organization's industry.
