تعلن Adobe عن فرصة للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض (KAFD) كمدير حساب استراتيجي للقطاع العام في المملكة العربية السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستقود نمو Adobe من خلال فتح علاقات جديدة واختراق الحسابات الاستراتيجية في القطاع العام، والمساهمة في دعم رؤية المملكة 2030 من خلال الابتكار والتحول الرقمي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وتطوير وإغلاق الأعمال عبر حسابات القطاع العام الكبيرة في المملكة العربية السعودية والشرق الأوسط.
- بناء علاقات عليا مع قادة حكوميين، بما في ذلك نواب الوزراء وكبار التنفيذيين.
- صياغة أجندات رقمية طويلة المدى من خلال التأثير وتبسيط المفاهيم المعقدة لصانعي القرار.
- تطوير قائمة صفقات ذاتية التوليد باستخدام تخطيط الحسابات المنظم وإدارة المنطقة الاستباقية.
- قيادة برامج تحول رقمي وتجربة عملاء بملايين الدولارات بدءاً من صياغة الفرص وصولاً إلى التفاوض التجاري والموافقة التنفيذية.
- تنسيق فرق عالمية متعددة الوظائف (المنتج، المبيعات قبل البيع، الاستشارات، القطاع، الشؤون القانونية، المالية، الرعاة التنفيذيين) لتحقيق رؤية العميل.
- إدارة منظومة موسعة من الشركاء ومتكاملي الأنظمة والفرق الداخلية، وضمان وضوح الأدوار والمساءلة والتقدم نحو النتائج الاستراتيجية.
- تطبيق البيع القائم على القيمة، وقياس الأثر، وصياغة النتائج القابلة للقياس، والتأثير على الأساس الاستراتيجي والاقتصادي للتغيير لدى العملاء.
- تجسيد القيم المرتكزة على النزاهة والتعاون والتركيز على العملاء والابتكار بما يتوافق مع مبادئ القيادة في Adobe.
- الحفاظ على انضباط عملية البيع، بما في ذلك التنبؤ الدقيق وإدارة CRM.
- تطوير ورعاية منظومة الشركاء، والراحة مع أنماط البيع غير المباشر / عبر الشركاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية أو مؤهل معادل أو خبرة عمل مكافئة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال حلول SaaS.
- سجل حافل في البيع الاستباقي وفتح علاقات جديدة وتحويل الفرص غير المستغلة إلى صفقات.
- خبرة في البيع لعملاء مؤسسات عالميين وإبرام صفقات متعددة الملايين ومتعددة السنوات.
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء قائمة صفقات ذاتية التوليد وإدارة المنطقة.
- الإقامة في الرياض، مع معرفة قوية بمشهد القطاعين العام والخاص في السعودية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع كبار المسؤولين الحكوميين والتنفيذيين.
- مهارة في قيادة مساع معقدة عبر وظائف متعددة وتنسيق الفرق.
- خبرة في قيادة برامج تحول رقمي واسعة النطاق.
- مهارات قوية في الشبكات والتفاوض والعروض التقديمية.
- مهارات تنظيم وإدارة وقت ممتازة.
- طموح ومركز وقادر على الازدهار في بيئة سريعة وتعاونية.
- فهم عميق للبيع القائم على القيمة والنتائج القابلة للقياس.

The Opportunity
As a Strategic Account Executive focused on the Public Sector in KSA, you will drive Adobe’s growth by opening net-new relationships, penetrating strategic accounts, and converting whitespace into material pipeline. You will champion Adobe’s proposition across the region, orchestrating global, cross-functional pursuits and aligning internal and external teams and partners behind a single client vision.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, develop, and close business across large Public Sector accounts within KSA and the Middle East.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with government leaders, including Deputy Ministers and C-Suite executives.
- Shape long-term digital agendas by influencing and simplifying complex concepts for senior decision-makers.
- Develop a self-sourced pipeline using structured account planning, rigorous territory management, and proactive multi-threading.
- Lead multi-million-dollar digital transformation and customer experience programmes from opportunity shaping through to commercial negotiation and executive approval.
- Orchestrate global, cross-functional teams (product, presales, consulting, industry, legal, finance, executive sponsors) to deliver on client vision.
- Manage an extended ecosystem of partners, system integrators, and internal teams, ensuring role clarity, accountability, and progress against strategic outcomes.
- Apply value-based selling, quantifying impact, articulating measurable outcomes, and influencing clients’ strategic and economic rationale for change.
- Demonstrate and embed values centred on integrity, collaboration, customer focus, and innovation, aligned with Adobe’s leadership principles.
- Maintain excellent sales process hygiene, including accurate forecasting and CRM management.
- Develop and cultivate the partner ecosystem, comfortable with indirect/partner sales motions.
- Based in Riyadh, with strong knowledge of the Saudi public and private sector landscape; Arabic language an advantage but not essential.
- Proven track record as a sales hunter, consistently opening new relationships and converting whitespace into pipeline.
- Experience selling into global enterprise customers, securing multi-million, multi-year deals.
- Demonstrated ability to build a self-sourced pipeline and managing territory.
- Confident communicator with senior government leaders and executives.
- Skilled in orchestrating complex, cross-functional pursuits.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ambitious, focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Deep understanding of value-based selling and measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with the Saudi public sector landscape; Arabic language skills are a plus.
