شركة MENA Business Investment Group (MENA-BIG)، وهي شركة إسبانية متخصصة في خدمات التوظيف والاستشارات الإدارية وتطوير الأعمال، تعلن عن حاجتها لمشرف كهرباء وأجهزة (E&I) (QA/QC) للعمل على مشروع EPC رائد في قطاع النفط والغاز بالمنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مباشرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في فحص جودة المشاريع، ومتطلبات نظام إدارة الجودة ISO 9001، وأنشطة البناء، وما قبل التشغيل للأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية وأجهزة القياس والتحكم.
- خبرة مباشرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في فحص جودة المشاريع، ومتطلبات نظام إدارة الجودة ISO 9004، وأنشطة البناء، وما قبل التشغيل للأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية وأجهزة القياس والتحكم.
- شهادة بكالوريوس (4 أو 5 سنوات) في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الأجهزة أو تخصص ذي صلة من جامعة معترف بها دولياً، أو دبلوم (2 أو 3 سنوات) في نفس التخصصات من كلية/جامعة معترف بها.
- خبرة في مشاريع أرامكو السعودية تعتبر ميزة قوية ويفضل الحصول عليها.
المهارات المطلوبة
معرفة قوية بأنظمة إدارة الجودة (QMS)، وإجراءات الفحص، ومعايير جودة البناء ذات الصلة بأعمال الكهرباء والأجهزة (E&I).

MENA-BIG is a Spanish company specialized in Recruitment Services, Human Resource Consultancy, Administration Management, International Business Development, and Strategic Consultancy, with offices in Europe, the Middle East, and the Gulf Region.
We are currently hiring an Electric / Instrument (E&I) Supervisor (QA/QC) for a leading Oil & Gas EPC project in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of direct experience in project quality inspection, ISO 9001 QMS requirements, construction activities, and pre-commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment.
- 10+ years of direct experience in project quality inspection, ISO 9004 QMS requirements, construction activities, and pre-commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), inspection procedures, and construction quality standards related to E&I works.
- Experience on Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (4 or 5 years) in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline from an internationally recognized university.
OR
- Diploma Degree (2 or 3 years) in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline from a recognized university/college.
