المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الدورية والإصلاحات وفحص معدات ومرافق الفندق.
- ضمان كفاءة عمل جميع أنظمة الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة.
- الاستجابة الفورية لطلبات الصيانة وحل المشكلات الفنية.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية لتقليل فترات التوقف وضمان استمرارية العمليات.
- مراقبة وصيانة أنظمة التكييف والتدفئة والتهوية (HVAC) والإضاءة والبنية التحتية الأساسية الأخرى.
- دعم مبادرات توفير الطاقة وضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للمرافق.
- الالتزام بمعايير وسياسات وإجراءات السلامة.
- المساعدة في حفظ سجلات أعمال الصيانة وسجلات المعدات وجداول الخدمة.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لتقليل أي تأثير سلبي على تجربة الضيوف.
- تحديد أي مخاطر محتملة أو تحسينات مطلوبة في المرافق والإبلاغ عنها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة في المجال الكهربائي أو الميكانيكي أو أي مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة كفني، ويفضل في بيئة فندقية أو ضيافة.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة المباني وممارسات الصيانة وتقنيات حل المشكلات.
- فهم أساسي لأنظمة التكييف والتدفئة والتهوية (HVAC) والكهرباء والسباكة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وموقف عمل استباقي.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل مع مهام متعددة بكفاءة.
- معرفة معايير السلامة وأفضل الممارسات في صناعة الضيافة.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are functioning efficiently.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, lighting, and other essential infrastructure.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and maintain optimal usage of utilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining records of maintenance work, equipment logs, and service schedules.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to guest experience.
- Identify and report any potential risks or required improvements in facilities.
- Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices within the hospitality industry.
