شركة Sulzer، الشركة الهندسية الرائدة ذات الإرث العريق في الابتكار، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة فني خدمات ميدانية في البحرين. هذا الدور عملي يتطلب التواصل مع العملاء ودعمهم بالإصلاحات والخدمة في الموقع، بالإضافة إلى الإشراف على موظفي الخدمات الميدانية لضمان سير العمل اليومي بأمان وكفاءة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تفكيك وفحص وتشغيل ماكينات وإصلاح وإعادة بناء معدات دوارة من Sulzer وغير Sulzer.
- إجراء الإصلاحات الميدانية و/أو العمرات في ورشة العمل ومواقع العملاء.
- الإشراف على المقاولين من الباطن عند الحاجة.
- التواصل مع العملاء لإعداد تقارير العمل وتمثيل Sulzer في جميع جوانب خدمات المعدات الدوارة.
- المساعدة في إنتاج وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية والجودة والبيئة.
- المساعدة في تطبيق والحفاظ على اعتماد ISO.
- تفسير الرسومات الهندسية.
- موازنة المعدات الدوارة ومحاذاة المضخات والمحركات وغيرها.
- تشغيل المكونات (Machining).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل تجاري (Trade Qualification) في الهندسة الكهربائية/الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المنتجات الكهربائية/الميكانيكية.
- خبرة في الخدمات الميدانية.
- السفر لأكثر من 50% من وقت العمل.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً (شرط أساسي).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل قوية.
- مستوى عالٍ من مهارات إدارة الوقت.
- القدرة على التفاعل والعمل مع الآخرين.

About The Role
This is a hands-on role to liaise and support customers with onsite repairs and service, together with the Supervision of field services personnel, ensuring the day-to-day safe and efficient running of the assigned area.
- Dismantle, Inspection, machining, repair and rebuilding of both Sulzer and non-Sulzer rotating equipment
- Field service repairs and/or overhauls in both workshop and client locations
- Supervision of subcontractors, from time to time
- Liaising with customers to compile job reports and represent Sulzer in all aspects of rotating equipment services.
- Assist in the production and maintenance of the OSH, Quality and Environment policies and procedures
- Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO accreditation
- Interpreting engineering drawings
- Balancing of rotating Equipment, and Alignment of pumps, motors etc.
- Machining of components
- Trade Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience with Electrical / Mechanical products.
- Field Service Experience
- Strong communication skills.
- High level skills in time management.
- Ability to engage and work with others.
- Travel ~ >50% of time.
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
