تعلن شركة Petrotec عن توفر وظيفة فني ميكانيكي (Technician) في مدينة الخور والذخيرة، قطر.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المسؤول عن جميع الأعمال الميكانيكية المتعلقة بتصنيع وتجميع وتجهيز لوحات التحكم PLC ولوحات التحكم العامة.
- تشمل المهام عمل القطع الميكانيكي في اللوحات، الحفر، تركيب المكونات الميكانيكية، أنظمة التأريض، وتوصيل اللوحات مع ضمان الدقة والسلامة والالتزام بالمخططات الفنية والمعايير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ القطع الميكانيكي في لوحات التحكم للمشغلات، العدادات، أزرار الضغط، لمبات البيان، مفاتيح الاختيار، وغيرها من الأجهزة المثبتة على اللوحة.
- حفر وتجهيز الثقوب لأزرار الضغط، لمبات البيان، جيوب الكابلات، مراوح التهوية، والملحقات وفقاً لمخططات التوزيع.
- تركيب وتجميع قضبان التأريض الأرضية مع ضمان التأريض والربط السليم للوحات والمكونات الداخلية.
- تنفيذ توصيل ومحاذاة اللوحات متعددة الأقسام مع ضمان التسوية الصحيحة، التثبيت بالمسامير، والسلامة الميكانيكية.
- تركيب الملحقات الميكانيكية مثل قضبان DIN، ألواح جيوب الكابلات، قنوات الكابلات، ألواح التثبيت، المفصلات، الأقفال، وأنظمة التهوية.
- قراءة وتفسير المخططات العامة (GA)، ومخططات توزيع اللوحات، وتعليمات التجميع الميكانيكي.
- ضمان الدقة، التشطيب النظيف، وإزالة النتوءات بشكل سليم خلال جميع الأعمال الميكانيكية.
- اتباع إجراءات السلامة واستخدام الأدوات المناسبة ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية أثناء التصنيع والتجميع.
- تنفيذ إعادة العمل أو التعديلات البسيطة حسب الحاجة أثناء مراحل تجميع اللوحة أو التفتيش.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ITI أو دبلوم في الميكانيكا، الفنية، أو تجارة تقنية ذات صلة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 2-5 سنوات في تصنيع لوحات التحكم أو لوحات المفاتيح الكهربائية (Control Panel / Switchgear Panel).
- خبرة عملية في التصنيع الميكانيكي للوحات التحكم / لوحات PLC.
- معرفة معايير التأريض والربط الأرضي للوحات التحكم.
- فهم أساسي لمتطلبات تركيب المكونات الكهربائية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على استخدام أدوات مثل ماكينات الحفر، قواطع الثقوب، المناشير الآلية، المطاحن، والأدوات اليدوية.

Job Summary :

The Mechanical Technician is responsible for all mechanical-related work involved in the fabrication, assembly, and preparation of PLC and control panels. This includes panel cut-outs, drilling, installation of mechanical components, earthing systems, and panel coupling, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with technical drawings and standards.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Perform mechanical cut-outs on control panels for operators, meters, push buttons, indication lamps, selector switches, and other panel-mounted devices
- Drill and prepare holes for push buttons, pilot lamps, cable glands, ventilation fans, and accessories as per layout drawings
- Install and assemble earth bus bars, ensuring proper earthing and bonding of panels and internal components
- Carry out panel coupling and alignment for multiple-section panels, ensuring correct leveling, bolting, and mechanical integrity
- Mount mechanical accessories such as DIN rails, gland plates, cable ducts, mounting plates, hinges, locks, and ventilation systems
- Read and interpret GA drawings, panel layout drawings, and mechanical assembly instructions
- Ensure precision, neat finishing, and proper deburring during all mechanical work
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate tools and PPE during fabrication and assembly
- Perform minor rework or modifications as required during panel assembly or inspection stages
- Maintain tools and ensure workplace cleanliness and organization
- Comply with all QHSE standards, policies, and procedures relevant to your work
- Actively participate in QHSE meetings and complete all required safety inductions and trainings
- Identify and report unsafe conditions; take corrective action where possible within your scope
- Follow guidance provided by QHSE officers and use PPE and emergency equipment correctly
- Support a safe work environment by cooperating with safety practices and encouraging others to do the same
