شركة ضيافة فاخرة للرحالة العصريين، تربط أنانتارا ضيوفها بأماكن وثقافات حقيقية عبر تجارب شخصية وضيافة صادقة في أكثر الوجهات إثارة حول العالم. يقع منتجع Banana Island Resort Doha على شكل هلال من الشاطئ الذهبي وفيلات فوق المياه قبالة وسط الدوحة، ويمكن الوصول إليه عبر عبارة خاصة. يتمتع المنتجع بأجواء خالية من الكحول مع أنشطة متنوعة مثل ركوب الأمواج والغوص والجولف والبولينج والسينما، بالإضافة إلى مركز صحي فريد في الشرق الأوسط. نحن نبحث عن فني متعدد للانضمام إلى فريق الصيانة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية لمرافق ومعدات المنشأة.
- فحص جميع مناطق المنشأة للتأكد من سلامتها واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الفورية.
- مساعدة الضيوف فيما يتعلق بمرافق المنشأة بطريقة مفيدة ومهذبة.
- فحص وتنظيف وصيانة وإصلاح جميع أنظمة MEP المتوفرة في الموقع.
- صيانة جميع الإضاءة في جميع أنحاء الفندق.
- صيانة جميع وحدات HVAC.
- تشخيص وإصلاح أي جهاز غير عامل.
- تنفيذ جميع أوامر العمل المتعلقة بالفندق.
- الرد على جميع المكالمات وإجراء الإصلاحات، وإذا تعذر الإصلاح، إبلاغ مهندس الوردية بالمشكلة.
- مراقبة قراءات عدادات المرافق وإبلاغ أي انحراف.
- جولة يومية في جميع غرف الماكينات وورش العمل وإبلاغ أي انحراف.
- أخذ قائمة الفحص اليومية للهندسة لضمان عمل جميع المعدات بحالة جيدة.
- تسليم الوردية التالية مع المشكلات المعلقة والأعمال الرئيسية وأي تحديثات.
- معالجة الشكاوى خلال الإطار الزمني المحدد قبل تصعيدها، وإكمال المهمة، وإذا كانت معلقة، إبلاغ مهندس الوردية لإيقافها مع شرح مفصل في الملاحظات.
- متابعة الشكاوى المعلقة أثناء الوردية وإكمال العمل بالتنسيق مع قائد وردية الهندسة.
- تنفيذ خطة الصيانة الوقائية (PPM) لجميع المعدات حسب تعليمات قائد وردية الهندسة شهرياً وتحديث ورقة عمل PPM ليتم اعتمادها من قبل كبير المهندسين.
- تشغيل نظام BMS حسب المتطلبات وإبلاغ قائد وردية الهندسة بأي تغييرات تم إجراؤها أثناء الوردية مثل تجاوز الصمامات/المراوح.
- الحفاظ على نظافة ورشة العمل ومكان العمل وغرف الماكينات قبل/أثناء/بعد العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- عالية المسؤولية والموثوقية.
- خبرة سابقة في الدهان والسباكة والأسلاك الكهربائية وما شابه ذلك (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة سابقة في حمامات السباحة والمنتجعات الصحية (ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة على العمل بشكل متكامل مع الزملاء كجزء من فريق مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.
- متحمس ومعتمد على الذات.
- الإصغاء الفعّال.
- مبادرة ذاتية، يأخذ المبادرة، يستطيع اتخاذ القرارات في بيئة سريعة ومتغيرة.
- الوقوف والمشي المستمر طوال فترة الوردية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (شفهياً وكتابياً)، لغة ثانية ميزة إضافية.

Job Description
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
- Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
- Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
- To inspect, clean, maintain and repair all MEP system available at the premises.
- To maintain all lighting throughout hotel.
- To maintain all HVAC units.
- Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational.
- Do all work orders pertain to the hotel.
- Answer all calls and does repairs, if unable to do repairs, must notify the duty engineer of the problem.
- To maintain the reading of utility meters and report if any deviation.
- Daily walk around on all plant rooms, workshop and report if any deviation.
- Take daily engineering all operation checklist in order to ensure equipment’s are working in good condition.
- Give proper handover to next shift with pending issues, major work if any update.
- Acknowledge complaints within given time frame before it goes to escalation and complete the job, if it’s pending report to duty engineer to stop with detailed explanation in remarks.
- Follow the pending complaints during your shift and complete the work in coordination with Engineering Shift Leader.
- Do the PPM for all equipment as instructed by Engineering Shift Leader on monthly bases and update the PPM Job sheet to be validated by Chief Engineer.
- Operate BMS System as per requirements and notify to Engineering Shift Leader if any changes made during your shift such as override valves/fans.
- Maintain cleanliness of workshop, working place and plant rooms before/during/after the work.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Previous experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related experience is an asset.
- Previous experience with pool and spa is an asset
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as a part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Enthusiastic and dependable.

- A self-starter, take initiative, can make decisions in fast-paced, changing environment.
