تعلن شركة Guardian Industries عن توفر وظيفة مشرف سلامة وصحة مهنية (HSE Supervisor) مع مترجم صيني-إنجليزي، في الشرقية - حي العزيزية، المملكة العربية السعودية، بعقد مدته سنتان. يجمع هذا الدور بين الإشراف على السلامة ودعم الاتصال الفوري بين الفرق الدولية، لضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة وتحقيق التعاون الفعال أثناء مراحل التنفيذ والتشغيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تدريب في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) للمقاولين باللغتين الصينية والإنجليزية.
- مراقبة أنشطة المشروع لضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة ورفع التقارير عند الحاجة.
- إجراء تفتيش السلامة اليومي بما يشمل الأنشطة عالية المخاطر وتطبيق نظام تصاريح العمل.
- تنفيذ أنشطة مراقبة الصحة مثل اختبار ملاءمة أجهزة التنفس.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والتواصل بشأن الملاحظات والاهتمامات.
- تقديم ترجمة فورية من الإنجليزية إلى الصينية أثناء الاجتماعات والتدريبات والتشغيل.
- ترجمة الوثائق الفنية والتدريبية من الصينية إلى الإنجليزية.
- دعم التواصل الفعال بين فرق الموقع وأصحاب المصلحة الناطقين بالصينية.
- التنسيق مع فرق التشغيل والموقع أثناء أنشطة المشروع والجولات الميدانية.
- إدارة جداول الترجمة لدعم فرق متعددة حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إجادة اللغتين الصينية والإنجليزية مع قدرة قوية على الترجمة.
- خبرة في تقديم دعم الترجمة في الاجتماعات أو بيئات المشاريع.
- مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات Microsoft Office.
- فهم أساسي لمفاهيم الصحة والسلامة والبيئة مثل نظام تصاريح العمل، تقييم المخاطر، وتحقيق الحوادث.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في أدوار السلامة أو تدريب رسمي في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- الإلمام بمبادئ MBM/PBM (الإدارة القائمة على السوق / الإدارة القائمة على المبادئ).
- القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة متعددة الثقافات وسريعة الوتيرة.
- مهارات تنسيق عالية وقدرة على التكيف عند العمل عبر فرق متعددة.

Our Team
You will work closely with the Guardian site team, contractors, and commissioning teams, acting as a key link between Chinese and English-speaking stakeholders. The role supports a dynamic, multicultural project environment focused on safety excellence, clear communication, and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Conduct EHS training for contractors in Chinese and English.
- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and escalate issues when required.
- Perform daily safety inspections, including high-risk activities and permit-to-work implementation.
- Carry out health monitoring activities such as respiratory fit testing.
- Participate in EHS meetings and communicate observations and concerns.
- Provide real-time translation (English to Chinese) during meetings, training sessions, and commissioning.
- Translate technical and training documents from Chinese to English.
- Support effective communication between site teams and Chinese stakeholders.
- Coordinate with commissioning and onsite teams during project activities and walkarounds.
- Manage translation schedules to support multiple teams as needed.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong translation capability.
- Experience providing translation support in meetings or project environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Basic understanding of EHS concepts such as permit to work, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Previous experience in safety roles or formal EHS training.
- Familiarity with MBM/PBM guiding principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong coordination and adaptability when working across multiple teams.
