Job Purpose
Lead and represent the Company across the Southern Region. Oversee the delivery and follow up of the Company's projects and initiatives in continuous coordination with the Ministry and the relevant government authorities. Ensure quality of execution, achievement of operational and strategic targets, and integration across the Company's business sectors within the region.
Operational Oversight and Representatio

- .Build effective strategic relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the region
- .Submit periodic reports to executive management on project performance, challenges, risks, and opportunities
- .Maintain continuous alignment between the Company's work and the needs and direction of the Ministry in the region
- .Conduct regular field visits to sites to follow up on operations and capture local needs related to the Company's work
