تسعى Innovaccer لتعيين مهندس بيانات (Data Engineer) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ليكون جزءًا من البنية التحتية للبيانات وتصميم وبناء وصيانة خطوط الأنابيب القابلة للتوسع التي تدعم حلول الرعاية الصحية المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي في جميع أنحاء المملكة، مما يسهم في تحسين النتائج الصحية والكفاءة التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير وصيانة خطوط أنابيب ETL/ELT قوية لاستيعاب وتحويل وتوصيل بيانات الرعاية الصحية من أنظمة مصادر متعددة
- بناء نماذج بيانات قابلة للتطوير وتحسينها داخل مستودعات البيانات السحابية (مثل Snowflake و AWS Redshift و Azure Synapse) لدعم التحليلات وإعداد التقارير
- التعاون مع علماء البيانات ومديري المنتجات وفرق المعلوماتية السريرية لفهم احتياجات البيانات وترجمتها إلى حلول بيانات موثوقة
- ضمان جودة البيانات وسلامتها وحوكمتها من خلال تنفيذ أطر الاختبار والتحقق من الصحة والتنبيهات عبر جميع خطوط الأنابيب
- العمل مع معايير التشغيل البيني للرعاية الصحية (مثل HL7 و FHIR) لدمج البيانات السريرية وبيانات المطالبات من أنظمة صحية متنوعة في سوق المملكة
- المساهمة في ممارسات البنية التحتية كرمز (Infrastructure-as-Code)، ودعم خطوط CI/CD وأتمتة نشر سير عمل البيانات
- المشاركة في مراجعات الكود والنقاشات المعمارية والتخطيط السريع متعدد الوظائف لضمان تقديم منتجات بيانات عالية الجودة وجاهزة للإنتاج
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 3-6 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في هندسة البيانات أو دور ذي صلة
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسب أو نظم المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة مثبتة مع أطر المعالجة الموزعة مثل Apache Spark أو Kafka
- خبرة مع أدوات التنسيق (مثل Apache Airflow أو Prefect أو ما شابهها) لإدارة تبعيات سير العمل المعقدة
- يفضّل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في العمل في مجال تقنية الرعاية الصحية أو مع مجموعات البيانات السريرية/بيانات المطالبات
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لمبادئ هندسة البيانات بما في ذلك نمذجة البيانات والمستودعات وهندسة خطوط الأنابيب
- الإلمام بمعايير بيانات الرعاية الصحية مثل HL7 و FHIR و ICD-10 و SNOMED CT
- معرفة المنصات السحابية (AWS و Azure أو GCP) وخدمات البيانات المُدارة الخاصة بها
- القدرة على كتابة كود نظيف وفعال وموثق جيدًا بلغتي Python و SQL
- القدرة على امتلاك وتقديم مشاريع خطوط أنابيب البيانات بشكل مستقل من البداية إلى النهاية (من جمع المتطلبات إلى النشر الإنتاجي)
- القدرة على استكشاف مشاكل البيانات المعقدة وإيصال النتائج بوضوح إلى أصحاب المصلحة التقنيين وغير التقنيين
- إتقان استخدام dbt (أداة بناء البيانات) لهندسة التحليلات وسير عمل تحويل البيانات
- خبرة في خطوط الأنابيب المتدفقة في الوقت الفعلي باستخدام Apache Kafka أو AWS Kinesis
- الإلمام بأدوات مراقبة البيانات ورصدها مثل Monte Carlo أو Great Expectations أو ما شابهها
- فهم HIPAA وقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL) وأفضل ممارسات خصوصية البيانات في سياق الرعاية الصحية
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئة Agile/Scrum مع فرق عالمية متعددة الوظائف
- معرفة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية للتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة في سوق المملكة

A Day in the Life
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver healthcare data from multiple source systems
- Build and optimize scalable data models within cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Azure Synapse) to support analytics and reporting
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and clinical informatics teams to understand data needs and translate them into reliable data solutions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance by implementing testing frameworks, validation checks, and monitoring alerts across all pipelines
- Work with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) to integrate clinical and claims data from diverse health systems in the KSA market
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices, supporting CI/CD pipelines and automating deployment of data workflows
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and cross-functional sprint planning to ensure delivery of high-quality, production-grade data products
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles including data modelling, warehousing, and pipeline architecture
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, and SNOMED CT
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their managed data services
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python and SQL
- Ability to independently own and deliver data pipeline projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to production deployment
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or a closely related role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience with distributed processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Kafka
- Experience with orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Prefect, or similar) to manage complex workflow dependencies
- Prior experience working in healthcare IT or with clinical/claims datasets is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in dbt (data build tool) for analytics engineering and data transformation workflows
- Experience with real-time streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis
- Familiarity with data observability and monitoring tools such as Monte Carlo, Great Expectations, or similar
- Understanding of HIPAA, PDPL (Saudi Personal Data Protection Law), and data privacy best practices in a healthcare context
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional global teams
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus for stakeholder communication within the KSA market
