تعلن شركة فلاي أكيد (FlyAkeed)، المنصة الرقمية الرائدة في حجز الرحلات والفنادق في الرياض، عن توفر وظيفة مدير إتمام السفر (Travel Fulfilment Manager) للانضمام إلى فريق العمليات.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يدير مدير إتمام السفر وظيفة إتمام السفر ضمن قسم العمليات، ويشرف على تنفيذ الحجوزات بكفاءة، وجودة الخدمة، والأداء التشغيلي، وتحسين العمليات المستمر. يتولى مسؤولية قيادة الفرق، وتحسين سير العمل، وتقديم تجارب استثنائية للعملاء من خلال عمليات السفر المدعومة بالتكنولوجيا.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وإدارة فريق إتمام السفر والعمليات اليومية.
  • ضمان معالجة حجوزات السفر وأنشطة الإتمام في الوقت المحدد وبدقة.
  • مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء التشغيلية (KPIs) والإنتاجية والجودة ومستويات الخدمة.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية ورضا العملاء.
  • إدارة التصعيد وحالات السفر المعقدة.
  • التعاون مع فرق المنتج والتكنولوجيا وتجربة العملاء والتجارية.
  • قيادة مبادرات تحسين العمليات والأتمتة.
  • تدريب وتوجيه وتطوير أعضاء الفريق.
  • إعداد تقارير الأداء ومراجعات الأداء للإدارة العليا.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، السياحة، الضيافة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات السفر، منها سنتان على الأقل في منصب قيادي.
  • فهم قوي لعمليات حجز السفر وإتمامها.
  • خبرة مثبتة في القيادة وإدارة الأفراد.
  • مهارات تحليلية ممتازة، ومهارات التواصل، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئة تقنية (technology-driven).

Role Overview

The Travel Fulfilment Manager leads the Travel Fulfilment function within the Operations department, ensuring efficient booking execution, service delivery, operational performance, and continuous process improvement. This role is responsible for managing teams, optimizing workflows, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through technology-driven travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Travel Fulfilment team and daily operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of travel bookings and fulfillment activities.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality, and service levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage escalations and complex travel cases.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance reviews for leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in travel operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of travel booking and fulfillment processes.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a technology-driven environment is preferred
