Graduate Engineering Trainee (Electrical & Civil)

📍 Location: Riyadh & Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia

Axis Construction Company (ACC) is seeking motivated Saudi nationals for the position of Graduate Engineering Trainee (Electrical & Civil). This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in construction and project execution.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh and Al Qassim. The selected candidates will work closely with experienced engineers on active construction projects, gaining hands-on experience in site supervision, project coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in supervising electrical and civil construction activities on-site.
• Participate in site inspections and monitor work progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Prepare reports, records, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
• Support planning, scheduling, and project execution activities.
• Participate in structured training and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices, engineering standards, and site operations.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering software is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on construction project sites in Riyadh and Al Qassim.
• Saudi nationality is required.
