Applicants must be EU nationals with demonstrated experience working in Iraq

We are currently seeking experienced Watchkeepers to support security operations in Iraq. This role requires a high level of situational awareness, strong communication skills, and proven experience working in hostile or volatile environments.

Requirements:

• EU nationals only
• Previous experience in Iraq is mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Watchkeeper roles or positions with watchkeeping responsibilities within military, police, private security, or diplomatic environments
• Firearms trained
• Minimum rank of Senior Non‑Commissioned Officer (SNCO) or experienced Junior Non‑Commissioned Officer (JNCO), or an equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience
• Excellent knowledge of radio equipment and radio operating procedures
• Strong proficiency in radio voice procedures and radio operations
• Familiarity with communications systems, including Iridium, Thuraya, and GPS
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• English language proficiency at C1 level or above
