يسر مجموعة شانغري-لا للفنادق والمنتجعات دعوة المتقدمين لشغل وظيفة مساعد مدير تقنية المعلومات (Assistant IT Manager) في فندق شانغري-لا جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مساعد مدير تقنية المعلومات مسؤولية إدارة العمليات اليومية والتنسيق مع مدير تقنية المعلومات لضمان سير عمل قسم تقنية المعلومات بسلاسة. يساعد في وضع برامج وإجراءات صيانة الأجهزة لحالات انقطاع الأنظمة، ويساهم في ضمان أمان تخزين البيانات وحمايتها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تشغيل أنظمة التطبيقات الحيوية بالفندق مثل Opera PMS وInfrasys POS ونظام محاسبة المكالمات وCheck EAM ونظام التراسل وغيرها، بما في ذلك الأجهزة المرتبطة بها.
- معالجة مشاكل المستخدمين المتعلقة بتقنية المعلومات سواء في الأجهزة أو أنظمة التطبيقات.
- ضمان تنفيذ إجراءات التشغيل المعيارية اليومية لقسم تقنية المعلومات (بما في ذلك قوائم المراجعة) بشكل صحيح، بالإضافة إلى أي متطلبات جديدة يجب تنفيذها أو الالتزام بها.
- إنشاء وتطوير أنظمة تطبيقات جديدة وتحسين الأنظمة القائمة بما يفيد العمليات اليومية لبعض الأقسام والفندق.
- التخطيط والبحث المستمر عن طرق جديدة لتحسين المجالات المتعلقة بتقنية المعلومات وتقديم الملاحظات والتوصيات للإدارة.
- الممارسة والقدوة في تطبيق المبادئ التوجيهية والقيم الجوهرية لضيافة شانغري-لا.
- الالتزام بالسلوك الصديق للبيئة وتقليل النفايات وإعادة التدوير عند الإمكان وإعادة الاستخدام كلما أمكن.
- الإلمام بمبادرات المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات (CSR) والسياسات والإجراءات والإرشادات والقواعد واللوائح الخاصة بها، بما في ذلك مبادرات CSR المحلية والوطنية.
- ضمان الامتثال وتطبيق جميع القرارات والأنشطة المتعلقة بالوظيفة وفقاً لأهداف وغايات CSR الخاصة بالفندق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 3 سنوات كمحلل / مبرمج أول في شركة كبيرة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب (Computer Science).
- المرونة في العمل خلال الفترات المسائية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة.

As Assistant IT Manager, We Rely On You To
- Ensure that critical application systems to the hotel like Opera PMS, Infrasys POS, Call Accounting System, Check EAM, Messaging System, etc. and including hardware are running.
- To attend users Information Technology related problems both hardware and application systems.
- Ensure that day-to-day standard Information Technology operating procedures (including checklist) are implemented properly including new requirements that need to be implemented and / or adhered.
- Creates, develop new application systems and enhancement to existing systems that will be beneficial to some department day-to-day operations and to the hotel.
- To plan and continue looking for new ways that may improve some Information Technology related areas and provide feedback / recommendations to the Management.
- Practices and role-models the Guiding Principles and the Core Values of Shangri-La Hospitality.
- Be environmental friendly, reduce waste, recycle when possible, and reuse whenever applicable.
- Must be familiar with the CSR initiatives, Policies and Procedures, Guidelines, Rules and Regulations per company CSR, including and not limited to CSR initiatives of the local and national government.
- Ensures compliance and application for all CSR job related decisions and activities, in relation to achieving the hotels CSR goals and objectives.
- 3 years as senior analyst / programmer in a large company
- Degree in Computer Science.
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
