شركة APM Monaco، إحدى العلامات التجارية الرائدة في مجال المجوهرات العصرية (تأسست عام 1982)، تبحث عن مساعد مدير متجر (Assistant Store Manager) للعمل في موقعها بالرياض (مركز المملكة). سيكون دورك الرئيسي هو تقديم خدمة استثنائية للعملاء وتعزيز علامة APM عبر بناء علاقات قوية مع زوار المتجر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم مدير المتجر في إدارة المبيعات والعمليات اليومية.
- تحليل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) والعمل على تحسينها.
- إعداد جداول العمل (rostering) وإدارة فريق المتجر.
- الإشراف على العرض البصري (Visual Merchandising) للمنتجات.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) وتعزيز قاعدة العملاء المخلصين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حب وشغف بعلامة APM Monaco.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال البيع بالتجزئة الفاخر أو تجزئة الأزياء، منها سنتان على الأقل في منصب إداري.
- سجل حافل من الإنجازات في المبيعات وإدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
- إجادة تامة للغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (معرفة لغة إضافية ميزة إضافية).
- شخصية ودودة ولبقة مع توجّه قوي نحو خدمة العملاء.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Saudi Arabia Riyadh team. Your mission will be to engage clients with exceptional service, helping to build the APM brand by fostering strong relationships with our in-store clients.
- You love APM Monaco
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in luxury retail / fashion retail, with min. 2 years in managerial position
- Track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM
- Support Store-in-Charge in sales and operation management, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising, CRM, team management
- Fluency in English, Arabic & other languages would be a plus
- Approachable personality and customer-service oriented
