هذه الوظيفة مدرجة نيابة عن شركة شريكة، والتي تتولى إدارة جميع الطلبات والخطوات التالية. يبحث الشريك عن مدير مالي للفعاليات العالمية في السعودية. تقع هذه الوظيفة في صميم تنظيم فعاليات دولية سريعة الوتيرة، حيث تتطلب الدقة المالية تنفيذًا عالميًا. سيشرف على دورة الحياة المالية الكاملة للفعاليات الكبيرة متعددة الدول، مع ضمان الدقة بدءًا من عروض الموردين الأولية وصولاً إلى التسوية النهائية. سيعمل كالعمود الفقري المالي لفريق الفعاليات، جالبًا الهيكل والشفافية والرقابة للميزانيات المعقدة متعددة العملات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة دورة الحياة المالية الكاملة للفعاليات العالمية، من إعداد الميزانية الأولية وعروض الموردين وصولاً إلى المدفوعات النهائية والتسويات.
- إعداد ودمج ومراقبة ميزانيات الفعاليات التفصيلية، مع توفير تتبع مالي فوري ورؤية لفريق الفعاليات.
- الإشراف على معالجة العقود وسير عمل التوقيع والفواتير وتنفيذ المدفوعات بدقة وامتثال.
- إجراء تسويات متعددة العملات والكيانات، وضمان الاتساق المالي عبر العمليات الدولية.
- إنتاج تقارير مالية بعد الفعاليات، وتحليل الإنفاق والفروقات وأداء الميزانية.
- التعاون مع الموردين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لمراجعة عروض الأسعار، وضبط التكاليف، ودعم عمليات التفاوض.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة 5+ سنوات في المحاسبة أو الإدارة المالية ضمن مجالات الفعاليات أو السفر أو الضيافة أو الصناعات المماثلة سريعة الوتيرة.
- مهارات متقدمة في Excel (بما في ذلك VLOOKUP وجداول Pivot) وإتقان PowerPoint.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة الميزانيات وعمليات الفوترة والتسويات المالية عبر كيانات أو عملات متعددة.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Events Finance Manager based in Saudi Arabia.
This role sits at the core of a fast-paced, international events organization where financial precision directly enables global execution. You will oversee the full financial lifecycle of large-scale, multi-country events, ensuring accuracy from initial vendor quotations through to final reconciliation. Acting as the financial backbone of the Events team, you will bring structure, transparency, and control to complex, multi-currency budgets. The position requires close collaboration with event managers, procurement teams, and external vendors to ensure cost efficiency and compliance. You will also play a key role in contract oversight, payment workflows, and financial reporting across multiple entities. This is a highly detail-oriented and operationally critical role where your work ensures the smooth execution of high-impact global events.

Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end financial lifecycle of global events, from initial budgeting and vendor quotations to final payments and reconciliations.
- Prepare, consolidate, and monitor detailed event budgets, providing real-time financial tracking and visibility to the Events team.
- Oversee contract processing, signature workflows, invoicing, and payment execution with accuracy and compliance.
- Handle multi-currency and multi-entity reconciliations, ensuring financial consistency across international operations.
- Produce post-event financial reports, analyzing spend, variances, and budget performance.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to review quotations, ensure cost control, and support negotiation processes.
- Maintain financial records and reporting systems to ensure transparency and audit readiness across all events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management within events, travel, hospitality, or similar fast-paced industries.
- Strong advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Solid experience managing budgets, invoicing processes, and financial reconciliations across multiple entities or currencies.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and process management skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and assess vendor quotations effectively.
- Strong communication skills with professional fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- High level of autonomy, reliability, and ability to perform under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
