Company Description 360 Company Ltd. (360 Car Maintenance Company) is a well-established automotive service provider with over 37 years of experience in car maintenance and spare parts across the Kingdom.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Service Advisor role based in Buraidah. The Automotive Service Advisor will greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document service and repair requests. The role involves coordinating with technicians to diagnose issues, preparing service estimates, explaining recommended work, and obtaining customer approval in a clear and transparent manner. The advisor will monitor repair progress, update customers on status, and ensure vehicles are delivered on time with all work completed as agreed. Day-to-day responsibilities also include opening and closing work orders, verifying use of genuine parts, handling basic billing and invoicing, and addressing any questions or concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The Service Advisor will collaborate closely with the workshop team to prioritise jobs, uphold safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement in service operations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding and practical exposure to Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair to effectively interpret customer concerns and communicate with technicians.
• Proven focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust, handle complaints constructively, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, including active listening, explaining technical issues in simple terms, and documenting work accurately.
• Experience in an automotive service centre, dealership, or workshop environment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in a busy workshop, manage multiple work orders, and prioritise tasks under time pressure.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of service management systems, email, and standard office applications.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety, quality, and the use of genuine spare parts.
• Diploma or training in automotive technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field is an advantage.

Experiance

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a service Advisor.
• Arabic Native language and English proficient
