We work closely with families to create a caring community where every child feels valued and inspired to thrive.

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Preschool Teacher to join our team in Jeddah.

The Preschool Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early childhood development, academic growth, and social-emotional learning.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

• Guiding children through both structured and play-based learning experiences

• Supporting children’s self-help, communication, and social development

• Monitoring student progress and overall well-being

• Communicating regularly with families regarding student development

• Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum planning and classroom activities

• Participating in school events, training, and professional development

• Maintaining classroom organization while following health, safety, and safeguarding policies

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Experience in Early Childhood Education, Preschool, or Kindergarten settings

• Preferably Saudi citizens, or candidates married to a Saudi and eligible under Ajeer

• Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development

• Excellent communication skills when working with children, families, and colleagues

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field preferred

• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs

• Strong classroom management skills for working with young children

• Demonstrated patience, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to child safeguarding

• Previous experience in a preschool or international school setting is an advantage

• • Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus)
