Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Oil Field Operator based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The Oil Field Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring oil field equipment, including Mud Cooling Systems, heavy machinery, pumps, and power units, in accordance with safety and Aramco standards.

Daily tasks include inspecting equipment, performing routine checks, supporting installation and removal of tubing and related components, and assisting with pipeline and operations activities as required.

The role involves coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams to report issues, minimize downtime, and ensure efficient field operations.

The Oil Field Operator is also expected to follow company safety policies, maintain accurate logs, and contribute to a clean and organized worksite.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in equipment maintenance, including inspection, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of field and power equipment.
• Hands-on experience working with equipment in Aramco drilling rigs.
• Practical knowledge of rigs operations, including installation, handling, and safe operation in oil field settings.
• Familiarity with pipelines and drilling activities, with the ability to support field setup, monitoring, and routine operational tasks.
• Familiar and experienced of Aramco safety standards and procedures relevant to oil field operations, with a commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, maintenance schedules, and basic field documentation.
• Physical ability to work in outdoor conditions, on rotating shifts, and in remote field rig locations as needed.
• Previous experience in oil and gas and power generation operations preferred; vocational or technical training in mechanical, electrical, or related fields is an advantage.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate activities with engineers, technicians, and supervisors.
