تعلن دله الصحية عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي الطب الحيوي (Biomedical Specialist) في المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

المسؤول عن صيانة جميع المعدات والأجهزة الطبية في مستشفى دله لضمان سلامة المرضى والموظفين، ووظيفة موثوقة ودقيقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان إصلاح جميع المعدات والأجهزة الطبية في الوقت المناسب وحسب السياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة.
  • تنفيذ خطة الصيانة الوقائية المجدولة للمعدات والأجهزة الطبية، وأداء جميع المهام والوظائف في الفترات المحددة.
  • الحفاظ على المخزون المناسب من قطع الغيار لجميع المعدات والأجهزة الطبية من خلال المراجعة الدورية والطلب عبر قسم المخازن/المشتريات.
  • المشاركة في تقييم الاحتياجات، وإعداد الخطط والتقديرات التكلفة لشراء أو ترقية المعدات والأجهزة الطبية الجديدة.
  • التوصية بسياسات وإجراءات جديدة خاصة بقسم الطب الحيوي.
  • الإشراف على أداء العقود الخارجية للمعدات الطبية، ومراقبة الأداء والتحكم فيه، والموافقة على الأعمال المنجزة.
  • مراقبة وصيانة أنظمة الغازات الطبية، وتأمين إمدادات الغازات الطبية لضمان التزويد المستمر لجميع المناطق السريرية.
  • التعاون مع مشرف الطب الحيوي في إعداد الميزانية السنوية للخدمات الهندسية.
  • الإلمام التام والتنفيذ النشط لسياسات وإجراءات القسم، ومعايير الاعتماد المحلية والدولية ذات الصلة بالقسم.
  • تيسير متطلبات برنامج إدارة المعدات الطبية المتعلقة بوظائف وعمليات المنظمة.
  • المشاركة الفاعلة في تطوير المؤشرات وجمع البيانات للقسم لقياس أداء الوظيفة والعملية والنتائج. وعند الحاجة، إجراء تحليل وتفسير البيانات/المعلومات التي تم جمعها.
  • المشاركة في برامج إدارة السلامة وإدارة المخاطر بالمستشفى. الإبلاغ النشط عن الحوادث في النظام، وعند الحاجة، المشاركة في مراجعة الحوادث وتحليل السبب الجذري.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى المطبقة المسندة ضمن مستوى كفاءته حسبما يطلبه مدير القسم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن خمس (5) سنوات في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية، مع ثلاث (3) سنوات خبرة حديثة في منصب بمؤسسة رعاية صحية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في تكنولوجيا الطب الحيوي (Biomedical Technology).

Role Propose:

Responsible for the maintenance of all biomedical equipment and appliances of Dallah Hospital to ensure patient and staff safety, and reliable, accurate function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the timely repair of all biomedical equipment and appliances as required, and in accordance with any relevant policies and procedures.
  • Implements the Planned Preventive Maintenance scheme for biomedical equipment and appliances, performing all the tasks and functions at the prescribed intervals.
  • Maintains the appropriate stocks of spare parts for all biomedical equipment and appliances, by regular review and ordering through the stores/purchasing department.
  • Participates in the assessment of need, preparation of plans and cost estimates for purchasing new or upgrading, biomedical equipment and appliances.
  • Recommends new policies and procedures with respect to Biomedical Section.
  • Supervises the performance of any external contracts for biomedical equipment, monitoring and controlling performance and approving work done.
  • Monitors and maintains the medical gas systems, procuring supplies of medical gases to ensure an uninterrupted supply to all clinical areas.
  • Collaborates with the biomedical supervisor in the preparation of the annual budget for the engineering services.
  • Fully aware and actively implement the departmental policies and procedures, local and international accreditation standards or requirements related to the department.
  • Facilitate requirements of Medical Equipment Management Program relevant to organization wide functions and processes. 
  • Actively involves in indicator development, data collection for the department and to measure the performance of the function, process, and outcome.  Whenever required, conducts analysis and interpretation of data/information collected.
  • Participate in hospital Safety Management & Risk Management Programs. Actively reports incidents in the system and whenever needed, participates in incident review, and root cause analysis.
  • Performs other applicable tasks assigned within the level of his/her competence as required by the department Manager.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years in biomedical engineering, with three (3) years recent experience position in a health care institutional setting.

Education and Certifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Biomedical Technology.
