تعلن شركة نخبة القادة (Proleaders Company)، المتخصصة في حلول التدريب المبتكرة، عن توفر وظيفة صانع محتوى ريلز (Reels Creator) للعمل بشكل حضوري بدوام كامل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التخطيط وكتابة السيناريوهات (Storyboarding) لمحتوى الفيديو القصير.
  • تصوير وتحرير فيديوهات ريلز ومقاطع مشابهة لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
  • تحويل المفاهيم التدريبية والتعليمية إلى قصص مرئية جذابة.
  • التنسيق مع فرق التسويق والتدريب لالتقاط محتوى خلف الكواليس (Behind-the-Scenes) من البرامج والفعاليات.
  • إعادة استخدام المواد الموجودة لإنتاج مقاطع قصيرة ومؤثرة.
  • تحسين المحتوى لكل منصة ومواءمة الرسائل البصرية مع هوية العلامة التجارية.
  • تتبع مؤشرات الأداء وتحسين استراتيجيات المحتوى بناءً على النتائج.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل وبشكل حضوري في جدة.
  • المرونة لتغطية الفعاليات الرئيسية عند الحاجة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان إنشاء فيديوهات قصيرة (Short-Form Video) بما يشمل التخطيط والتصوير والتحرير بأسلوب الريلز.
  • مهارات قوية في استخدام أدوات تحرير الفيديو وتطبيقات التحرير على الجوال (مثل CapCut، Adobe Premiere Rush أو ما يشابهها).
  • فهم جيد لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي واتجاهاتها وأفضل الممارسات (خاصة Instagram وTikTok).
  • القدرة على ترجمة المحتوى التعليمي والتدريبي إلى قصص جذابة بصرياً.
  • إحساس قوي بالتكوين البصري والصوت والإيقاع وسرد القصص للفيديو القصير.
  • الراحة في العمل في الموقع والتقاط محتوى مباشر خلال الجلسات والفعاليات.
  • مهارات تواصل وتعاون ممتازة للعمل مع فرق التسويق والمدربين والعمليات.
  • إدارة وقت قوية والقدرة على التعامل مع مشاريع متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية في بيئة ديناميكية.
  • معرفة أساسية بالعلامة التجارية واتساق المحتوى (استخدام الشعارات والألوان والرسائل المتناغمة).

Role Description The Reels Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for producing engaging short-form video content for social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram Reels and similar formats. The person in this role will plan and storyboard content ideas, film and edit videos, and adapt training and educational concepts into compelling visual stories. Daily tasks include coordinating with the marketing and training teams, capturing behind-the-scenes footage of programs and events, and repurposing existing materials into short, impactful clips. The Reels Creator will also optimize content for each platform, align visuals and messaging with brand guidelines, and track performance metrics to refine content strategies. Collaboration, creativity, and the ability to work on-site during events and sessions are essential.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in short-form video creation, including planning, filming, and editing Reels-style content.
  • Strong skills in using video editing tools and mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).
  • Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and related channels.
  • Ability to translate educational and training content into engaging, visually appealing stories.
  • Strong sense of visual composition, sound, pacing, and storytelling for short videos.
  • Comfort working on-site, capturing live content during training sessions, events, and behind-the-scenes activities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, trainers, and operations teams.
  • Strong time management, ability to handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of branding and content consistency, including use of logos, colors, and on-brand messaging.
  • Previous experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a related creative field is preferred.
  • Interest in education, training, or professional development programs is an advantage.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Jeddah and flexibility to cover key events as needed.
