المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب وتكوين وتشغيل أنظمة وأجهزة المنزل الذكي.
- إجراء الصيانة الدورية، واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها، وترقية الأنظمة القائمة.
- دمج ودعم تقنيات المنزل الذكي المختلفة مثل: أنظمة الإضاءة الذكية، المفاتيح وأجهزة التحكم الذكية، منصات أتمتة المنزل، أنظمة الأمن والمراقبة الذكية، الأقفال وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول، أنظمة الصوت/الفيديو والترفيه المتكاملة، أنظمة التكييف والتحكم البيئي الذكية.
- إجراء فحوصات ميدانية وتقييمات فنية قبل التركيب.
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات التقنية بكفاءة.
- ضمان مطابقة التركيبات لمعايير الجودة والسلامة والمشروع.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والإرشاد للمستخدمين النهائيين عند الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والمشرفين أثناء التنفيذ.
- الحفاظ على تقارير الخدمة ووثائق التركيب بدقة.
- مواكبة أحدث تقنيات المنزل الذكي وممارسات الصناعة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الكهرباء أو الإلكترونيات أو الأتمتة أو الاتصالات أو مجال تقني ذي صلة (يفضل، لكن ليس إلزامياً).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال تركيب أو صيانة أو دعم فني لأنظمة المنزل الذكي.
- خبرة عمل سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية (إلزامي).
- خبرة عملية مثبتة في تقنيات المنزل الذكي والأنظمة المتكاملة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في مشاريع أتمتة سكنية أو تجارية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بأجهزة وأنظمة أتمتة المنزل الذكي.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الفنية ومخططات الأسلاك.
- فهم الأنظمة منخفضة التيار والكابلات المنظمة.
- الإلمام بأساسيات الشبكات واتصال الأجهزة.
- خبرة في استكشاف أخطاء الأجهزة ومشاكل تكامل الأنظمة.
- القدرة على استخدام أدوات التركيب والصيانة بأمان وفعالية.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأعطال.

- Install, configure, and commission Smart Home systems and devices
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of installed systems
- Integrate and support various Smart Home technologies including:
- Smart lighting systems
- Smart switches and controls
- Home automation platforms
- Smart security and surveillance systems
- Smart locks and access control
- Audio/video and entertainment integration
- Smart HVAC and environmental control systems
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments before installation
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and project standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users when required
- Coordinate with project teams and supervisors during execution
- Maintain accurate service reports and installation documentation

Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications, or a related
- University degree is not mandatory
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Smart Home systems installation,
- Mandatory: Previous working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Proven hands-on experience with Smart Home technologies and integrated
- Experience in residential or commercial automation projects is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Smart Home devices and automation systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Understanding of low-current systems and structured cabling
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and device connectivity
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and system integration issues
- Ability to use installation and maintenance tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work on-site and travel within KSA if required
- Professional, organized, and customer-oriented
